[ISSUED UNDER RULE 69 (2) OF THE RULES FRAMED UNDER THE KERALA CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT (ACT 21 OF 1969)] NO. 1101/97. 31st May 2014.

I do hereby certify in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 7 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Act 21 of 1969) that the following Society is the particulars which is furnished in the Categorical Statement is registered by me today as a Co-operative Society under the said Act, on the basis of limited liability and that the bye-laws of the undermentioned Society is also hereby registered under the said section.

Whereas the affair of the Vilakkudy Panchayath Scheduled Caste Service Co-operative Society Ltd. No. Q. 1101 in the Pathanapuram Taluk, Kollam District have been ordered to be wound up by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kollam as per Proceedings No. H. M./4649/97 dated 4-4-1998 and the undersigned has been appointed as the liquidator of the Society as per the same proceedings said above. Notice is hereby given to all concerned that all claims against the society shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or through authorised agent within two months from the date of publication of this notice.
