NOTICE
No. E.C.C.-28/2013. 29th September 2014.
Whereas, the Manager, M/s. Kristhuraja Public School, Vellaramkunnu, Wayanad has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 3,71,172 (Rupees Three Lakh Seventy one Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Two only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Sri Vasu, Karammal House, Chundel P. O., Wayanad who met with an accident while he was working in a construction site of school compound wall and he died due to serious injuries and whereas it is reported that the following are his only dependents as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act 1923.
(1) Reeja (wife), (2) Smt. Kali (mother), (3) Alisha Vasu (daughter), (4) Haritha Vasu (minor daughter), (5) Yadave Krishna (minor son).
Any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred there after will not be considered.
വയനാട് ജില്ലയിൽ വെള്ളാരംകുന്ന് എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന M/s. ക്രിസ്തുരാജ പബ്ലിക് സ്കൂളിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമതിൽ നിർമ്മാണത്തിനിടെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. വാസുവിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,71,172 (മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തിയൊന്നായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തിര≠് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) റീജ (ഭാര്യ), (2) അലിഷ വാസു (മകൾ), (3) ഹരിത വാസു (മൈനർ മകൾ), (4) യാദവ്കൃഷ്ണ (മൈനർ മകൻ), (5) ശ്രീമതി കാളി (അമ്മ), കാരമ്മൽ ഹൗസ്, 8-ാം നമ്പർ പാടി, ചു≠േൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ്, ചു≠േൽ പി. ഒ., വയനാട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻെറ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠ തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശ വാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
