താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്റ്റിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവ്വെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡ്, അതിർത്തി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the Survey of the under mentioned area is now completed.

Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of section 14 of the said Act, or as per order of District Collector under section 13 A of the Amendment Act-29 of 2007 the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലമോ 2007-ലെ ഭേദഗതി ആക്ട് 29 പ്രകാരം സെക്ഷൻ 13 എ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു. റീസർവ്വേ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡ്സ് അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

UNDER SECTION 6 (1) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

Whereas, the Government have directed the survey of land comprised in survey number noted below, it is hereby notified under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that the survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey number of the Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every persons claiming Ref. G3-1971/2004. 4th October 2013.

to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned land is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.

Under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the above said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the undermentioned land.

Under sub-secion (3) of Section 6 of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:—

(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungle, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and

(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman; and
