DECLARATION OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION OF PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

District and whereas the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna has confirmed the sale on his order No. B-2802/13 dated 25-10-2014. Under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared Under sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri Abdusalam s/o Muhammed, Ayanikuth Veedu, Odayikkal, Pullippadam is the lawful successor to all rights of the former land- holder in the said immovable property.
