1. താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ സർവ്വെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച നിയമത്തിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം നിയമം) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

2. പ്രസ്തുത നിയമത്തിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവെ റിക്കാർഡ് അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െ ന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
