A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 25-4-2014. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.
II. A period of 45 days time to apply for re-checking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.
"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."
The application for re-checking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram should reach the office on or before 25-4-2014. Application for re-checking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

അസാധുവാക്കൽ വി⁄ാപനം ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തര കടലാസുകളുടെ പുനർ മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം അനുവദനീയമല്ല. എന്നാൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ട്രഷറിയിൽ ` 50 ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി ചെലാൻ സഹിതം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് ഉത്തര കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഇതിലേയ്ക്കായി "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee" എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിലാണ് പണമടയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. അതുപോലെ, സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ട്രഷറിയിൽ "0051 PSC 800 other receipts 99 other receipts"എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിൽ ` 200 ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് അവരവരുടെ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധന, ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കൽ എന്നിവയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കും.

Probability List No. 1/2014/DOD. 17th March 2014.
The following are the Probability List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be included in the Ranked List subject to the verification of the original documents for selection to the post of LD Typist (SR for SC/ST) in Various Department in Kozhikode District (Category No. 295/2010) on ` 5250-8390 on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 8-11-2012.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank.
The alphabet 'D' shall be prefixed to all Numbers to denote Kozhikode District.

(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the Probability List dose not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Probability list is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
(3) The candidates who have secured 27 (Twenty Seven) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Probability List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary List.
(4) The candidates included in the probability list should be present in person and produce the orginal and self attested copies of documents to prove Date of Birth, Qualifications and Community at the time of certificate verification. Verification of original certificates will be held on 29-4-2014 at KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode.
(5) The Candidates included in the Probability List shall produce the original Community Certificate issued by the Tahsildar and 2 copies thereof.
(6) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be re-checked and photocopy of answer scipt will be issued only after the ranked List to be published for the post. Detailed instructions in this regard will be issued in the Notification of Ranked List.
(7) Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ER IV (1) 286/13/EW dated 8-1-2014.
