Vide reference cited above, Sri Chandrababu, Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL), Vizhinjam Circle was appointed as the Liquidator of M/s. Durga Harijan HWCS T.727. Now he has been transferred from that office. Hence this order.

Attipra HWCS Ltd. No. 3344 and reauthorise Smt. Jayanthi, V., Senior Co-operative Inspector, Chirayinkeezhu Circle as Liquidator. She will take charge of the assets and records of the society immediately and report the date of taking charge of the society and periodical report on the process of the work will be forwarded promptly.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 3-12-2014-ലെ ഡി. 4867/14-ാം നമ്പർ നടപടിക്രമം അനുസരിച്ച് ടി സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് എന്നെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ആകയാൽ ടി സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുകകൾ കിട്ടുവാനുള്ള ആളുകൾ അവയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ (ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധം ചെയ്ത്) 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ, റാന്നി ബ്ലോക്ക് മാച്ച് വർക്കേഴ്സ് എെ. സി. എസ്. എസ്. ഇൻഡ്. ക്യു.-242 (ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-1, ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായകേന്ദ്രം, വയനാട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 17-11-2014-ലെ ഡി/1612/14 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ലിക്വിഡേഷനിലായ അംബേദ്കർ എസ്. റ്റി. ബിൽഡിംഗ് മെറ്റീരിയൽ ട്രൈബൽ വർക്കേഴ്സ് വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ S.IND (W) 60, പാക്കം പി. ഒ. എന്ന സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി മാനന്തവാടി താലൂക്ക് വ്യവസായ ഓഫീസിലെ ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ എന്നവരെ പ്രസ്തുത സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാകുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിൽനിന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുക ലഭിക്കാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠് മാസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായ എന്നെ നേരിട്ടോ ചുമതലപ്പെട്ട ഏജന്റ ് മുഖേനയോ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കണ മെന്നുള്ള വിവരം എല്ലാ സംഘാംഗങ്ങളേയും ഇടപാടുകാരേയും പൊതുജനങ്ങളേയും ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
