Order have been issued earlier winding up—
Karinkkunnam Powerloom Weavers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. PL IND(I)3, Karinkkunnam P. O., has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that certain liquidators who have been appointed as liquidators are having no Co-operative qualification for conducting the winding up affairs of the Industrial Co-operative Societies are have achieved no progress in their report. Hence it is decided to revise the earlier order and to appoint liquidator having Co-operative Qualification vide paper read as above.
ORDER
In the above circumstances, the affairs of the Karinkkunnam Powerloom Weavers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. PL IND(I)3, Karinkkunnam P.O., Thodupuzha is hereby ordered to be wound up under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 and Smt. T. D. Jyothilakshmi, Junior Co-operative Inspector-II, District Industries Centre, Idukki is hereby appointed as the liquidator of the Society under Section 72 of the KCS Act. The liquidator should take charge of the above 20th JAN. 2015] INDUSTRIES DEPARTMENT 4 society and proceed to wound up the affairs of the society and report the progress of the winding up activities to the undersigned from time to time.
