പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ വിവരവും ഉദ്ദേശ അടങ്കൽ തുകയും— കുട്ടനാട് റേഡിയോയ്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ള പരിപാടികൾ തയ്യാറാക്കി പ്രക്ഷേപണ രൂപത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് (2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക്)—` 10,40,000.

1. The Poly House/Shade House system manufactures and their authorised dealers and agencies are eligible to participate in Sl. No. 1 of this tender and necessary documents are to be produced on demand.
2. The PWD/WRD Licenced Contractors are eligible to participate in the Sl. No. 2 of this tender.
3. A scanned copy of preliminary agreement signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 150 should be uploaded along with tender documents.
4. EMD of 2.5% of the PAC, Cost of tender form + VAT etc. should be made as a single payment through online.
5. The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 150 in prescribed form and manner and also to furnish the required security amount @ 5% of total quoted amount.
6. Tenders received incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected and the decision of the undersigned on such matters will be final.
7. Income Tax, KVAT, KCWWFB contribution, service tax etc. will be deducted in the bill at the rates applicable at the time of making payment.
