കാലാവധി— സൈറ്റ് കൈമാറിയ തീയതി മുതൽ 2 മാസം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും ജോലികളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും വില്പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയായ 4-2-2015, 1 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടി ദിവസം ഒരു പൊതു അവധിയായി വരുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടി സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച് ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയായ 4-2-2015 പകൽ 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ് ലൈഫ് വാർഡന്റെ പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയതും ദേശീയ/ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതുമായ നി›ിത തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ്ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപൂർണ്ണമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണം ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്താതെ നിരസിക്കന്നുതിനുള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. വനം വകുപ്പിലും പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലും നിലവിലുള്ളതും കാലാ കാലങ്ങളിൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതുമായ കരാർ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഈ ജോലികൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. കരാറുകാരൻ നിർദ്ദി„ മാതൃകയിൽ ` 100 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടി ജോലികളുടെ/ഏതെങ്കിലും ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് നടക്കാതെയിരുന്നാൽ ടി ജോലികളുടെ/ ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് വീ≠ും 5-2-2015-ൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 11-2-2015-ന് മുൻ നി›യിച്ചതുപോലെ നടത്തുന്നതും ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡനോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുതുമായിരിക്കും.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form and taxes in Cash (not refundable) upto 1. p.m. on 4-2-2015. The filled up tenders will be received in this office upto 3 p.m on 4-2-2015 and opened by the undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The earnest money deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders in form of Demand Draft (cheque will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right 3rd FEB. 2015] FOREST DEPARTMENT 121 to rejected any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest Department and modifications there of time to time are applicable to this tender also. Incomplete tenders or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected without any notice. All rights reserved with the undersigned to cancel any work mentioned in the notification at any time without any reason. The undersigned reserves all the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD are applicable to this tender also. If the tender does not takes place on 10-2-2015 due to any reason, it will be conducted on 16-2-2015 at 3.30 p. m.

കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള [സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (എംഎസ്.) 226/81/(എഫ്) നമ്പർ തീയതി 16-12-1981 പ്രകാരം] നിലവിൽ യോഗ്യരായ 'A' ക്ലാസ് കോൺട്രാക്ടർമാരിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന തേക്ക് തോട്ടങ്ങളിലെ തടികൾ, കഴകൾ, ബില്ലറ്റുകൾ, പാഴ്മര വിറക് തുടങ്ങിയവ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം അംഗീകൃത സർക്കാർ ഡിപ്പോകളിലും ഡമ്പിംഗ് ഡിപ്പോകളിലും തോട്ടങ്ങളിലെ റോഡിന്റെ വശങ്ങളിലും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ച് മുറിച്ച് എത്തിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇ-ടെ≠ർ മുഖേന ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകാർ വനംവകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുള്ളതും സർക്കാർ ഭാവിയിൽ പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ കൊ≠ുവരുന്നതുമായ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതര വ്യവസ്ഥകളും പാലിക്കാൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥരാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളുകളും www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന തിനുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം, ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണ വില എന്നിവ SBT-യുടെ Internet Online Banking വഴിയോ, മറ്റ് ബാങ്കുകളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ NEFT വഴിയോ ഓൺലൈൻ ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ടി തോട്ടത്തിലെ അന്തിമവെട്ട് കരാർ ജോലികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള കരാർ ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനായ ശ്രീ. മത്തായി തോമസ്, പുല്ലാട്ട് വീട്, ആര്യങ്കാവ് പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം എന്ന വ്യ‡ിക്കാണ് അനുവദിച്ചു നൽകിയിരുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ടി ദർഘാസുകൾ യഥാസമയം ഉടമ്പടി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ 3rd FEB. 2015] FOREST DEPARTMENT 123 പരാജയപ്പെട്ടതിനാൽ ടിയാന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ ടി തോട്ടം പുനർ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി നടപടി സ്വീകരിച്ച വേളയിൽ പ്രസ്തുത നടപടിക്കെതിരെ ടിയാൻ ബഹു. കേരളാ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ WP(C)-10972/2014-ാം നമ്പർ കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്യുകയു≠ായി. ടി കേസി∑േൽ ബഹു. ഹൈക്കോടതി 2-12-2014-ൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവിൽ ടി തോട്ടം പുനർ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതിന് അനുവാദം നൽകിയിട്ടു≠്. പ്രസ്തുത ഉത്തരവിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ടി തോട്ടം ഹർജിക്കാരനും ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനുമായ മത്തായി തോമസ്, പുല്ലാട്ടു വീട്, ആര്യങ്കാവ് പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം എന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെ പൂർണ്ണ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലാണ് പുനർ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നത്. ടി പുനർ ദർഘാസിൽ സർക്കാർ ഖജനാവിന് ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുളള സാമ്പത്തിക നഷ്ടങ്ങൾ ഉ≠ാകുന്ന പക്ഷം ആയതിന് ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനായ മത്തായി തോമസ്, പുല്ലാട്ടു വീട്, ആര്യങ്കാവ് പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം എന്ന വ്യ‡ി പൂർണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതും ഇപ്രകാരമു≠ാകുന്ന എല്ലാവിധ സാമ്പത്തിക ബാധ്യതകളും ടിയാനിൽ നിന്നോ ടിയാന്റെ സ്ഥാവര ജംഗമ സ്വത്തുക്കളിൽ നിന്നോ നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള അനന്തരാവകാശികളിൽ നിന്നോ നിലവിലുള്ളതും കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതുമായ ഉത്തരവുകൾ പ്രകാരം വസൂലാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

Separate online tenders are invited from eligible 'A' Class contractors registered in the Forest Department in pursuance of G. O. (Ms.) No. 226/81 (F) dated 16-12-1981 for working down Timber, Billets and Teak Poles from the marked trees standing in the plantations mentioned in the schedule below and transport the same to the Govt. Timber Depots, Poles & Billets at dumping site mentioned in the same schedule. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender.
Tender documents and schedules are available in the website : www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The Earnest Money Deposit and tender cost for the tender should be submitted through the internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other banks. For submission of tenders visit the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The above work in the said plantation as per this notification is re-tendered in accordance with the direction of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in the 3rd FEB. 2015] FOREST DEPARTMENT 125 WP (C) No. 10972/2014 filed by Sri. Mathai Thomas, Pullattu veedu, Aryankavu P. O., Kollam (Dist.) vide the interim judgment of the Hon'ble Court dated 2-12-2014. The proposed re-tender of this work will be conduted at the risk and loss and full responsibilities of the original tenderer, Sri Mathai Thomas, Pullattu veedu, Aryankavu P. O., Kollam (Dist.) as per tender conditions. Financial loss if any occurred to Government in the re-tender will be realized from the original tenderer and the petitioner, Sri. Mathai Thomas, Pullattu veedu, Aryankavu P. O., Kolllam (Dist.) as per the prevailing Revenue Recovery Act and the other norms in force.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/ downloading the bid.
The successful tenderer should submit a solvency from the revenue authorities or a bank guarantee issued by a Nationalized Bank for 10% of the tender amount, if the tender amount exceeds ` 3,00,000. The successful tenderer should execute an agreement in the prescribed format in a stamp paper worth ` 150 within 15 days from the date of intimation of acceptance of the tender after furnishing security deposit equal to 10% of the tender amount or ` 1,00,000 whichever is less. Post offers as per the existing rules shall also be entertained. The tenderers quoting rates separately for timber, poles, billets and firewood shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Penalty as per rule will be levied by the Forest Department from the tenderer, if any tree is unfelled or for the delay of transportation of timber in time. Undersigned reserves all rights for cancelling any work at any time without further intimation. All the prevailing conditions are applicable for this tender also.

The tenders received will be opened by the Wildlife Warden or any other Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m. on the same day in the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley Division, Mannarkkad. Tender form can be purchased from the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Mannarkkad on any of the working days till 1 p. m. on 10-2-2015. The registered contractors will be supplied with the tender forms only on the production of their registration cards. The cost of the tender form is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tenders received after the due date and time and not accompanied by proper Earnest Money Deposit will not normally be entertained. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 150 will be rejected. If the tender date happens to be a public holiday, tender will be conducted and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by the Deputy Conservator of Forest and Wildlife Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time. The Deputy Conservator of Forest and Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any tender, either partly or wholly without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day as per the same conditions.
If the tender for all works or any of the work could not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for such work/works will be conducted at the same place and time with same conditions on 26-2-2015. If the tender could not be conducted on that day, also it will be conducted on 5-3-2015. If it could not be conducted on that day also, it will be conducted on 12-3-2015. All existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions, prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable in these works and tender also.

തളിപ്പറമ്പ താലൂക്കിൽ പയ്യന്നൂരിനടുത്തുള്ള കോറോം ഭാഗത്തുകൂടി അനധികൃതമായി ചന്ദനം മുറിച്ചു കടത്തുന്നു≠െന്ന രഹസ്യ വിവരത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തളിപ്പറമ്പ റെയിഞ്ച് സ്റ്റാഫ് നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ കെ. എൽ. 59 എച്ച് 4917 നമ്പർ മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിളിൽ അനധികൃതമായി കടത്തുകയായിരുന്ന വിവിധ അളവുകളിലുള്ള ചെറു ചന്ദനമുട്ടികൾ 20 എണ്ണം, മരപ്പിടിയോടുകൂടിയകൈക്കോടാലി, വാക്കത്തി,പിടിയില്ലാത്ത തൂമ്പ, 2 സഞ്ചികൾ എന്നിവയും മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിളും കസ്റ്റടിയിലെടു ക്കുകയും തളിപ്പറമ്പ് റെയിഞ്ചിൽ ഒ. ആർ. -09/14 നമ്പറായി കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ടി കേസിൽ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ, തളിപ്പറമ്പ് അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. ആയത് പ്രകാരം പ്രതികൾ മുൻകൂട്ടി ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്ത് ചന്ദനമുള്ളയിടം ക≠ുപിടിച്ച് ഉടമസ്ഥരറിയാതെ മോഷ്ടിച്ച് കഷ്ണങ്ങളാക്കിയും ചെത്തിയും സഞ്ചിയിലാക്കി ബൈക്കിൽ കടത്തിയത് മനxപൂർവ്വം ചെയ്ത കുറ്റം തന്നെയാണെന്ന്3rd FEB. 2015] FOREST DEPARTMENT 136 ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠്. മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിളിന്റെ ഉടമ ഈ കേസിലെ ഒന്നാം പ്രതി തന്നെയാണെന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠്. എന്നാൽ ചന്ദനത്തിന്റെ ഉറവിടം അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ക≠െടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ടി തടികളിൽ അവകാശം ഉന്നയിച്ചിതുവരെ ആരും അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുകയോ രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.
മേൽ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ തളിപ്പറമ്പ റെയിഞ്ചിൽ ബുക്കു ചെയ്ത ഒ. ആർ. 19/2014 നമ്പർ കേസിൽ കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത വിവിധ അളവുകളിലുള്ള ചന്ദനമുട്ടികൾ 20 എണ്ണം ഉൾപ്പെടെ യുള്ള തൊ≠ിമുതലുകൾ 1961-ലെ കേരള വന നിയമം 69 വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സർക്കാർ മുതലായി കണക്കാക്കി സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതിന് താൽകാലികമായി തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ആയതിനെതിരെ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും വല്ലതും ബോധിപ്പി ക്കാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ആധികാരിക രേഖകളുമായി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ ആർക്കും യാതൊന്നും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാനില്ലായെന്ന നിഗമനത്തിൽ കേരള വന നിയമം 61 എ(2) വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം തൊ≠ി മുതലുകൾ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതിന് തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ആറളം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് ഡിവിഷനിൽ, ആറളം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് റെയ്ഞ്ചിന്റെ കീഴിൽ 2014-15 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ജോലികൾ ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിന് മത്സരാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ പട്ടിക II-ൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള എ, ബി, സി വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ പെടുന്ന അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

ടി ദിവസം പൊതു അവധി ആയി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയം വരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിലെയും പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെയും എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും മേൽ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാത്കൃത ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ആറളം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡന്റെ പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി തുക ട്രഷറി സേവിംഗ്സ് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായി നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ` 150-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട് ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. 1-11-1992-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 96/92/പി.ഡബ്ല്യു.ഡി. പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഗ്യാര≠ി ഈ ദർഘാസ് ജോലികൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited till 3 p.m. on 5-2-2015 from approved contractors for the following works by the undersigned for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala. Tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on request in writing till 1 p.m. on the date of tender on payment of its cost. The last date and time of receipt of tender in sealed cover superscribing the name of work is at 3 p. m. on tender date. The tender will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 5-2-2015 in the presence of the tenderers present at that time. In case the tender does not happen on 5-2-2015 due to unexpected reasons, it will be conducted on 12-2-2015. If it does not happen on 12-2-2015 the same will be conducted on 16-2-2015 at the same time and place.
If the tender could not happen on the fixed date due to reasons beyond our control like public holiday, hartal etc. the tender will take place in the next working day at the same time and place.

The cost of tender forms will not be refunded. EMD will be accepted through DD taken from any of the Nationalized Bank in favour of Wildlife Warden, Aralam Wildlife Division. Separate tenders shall be submitted for each work. The name of the work should be superscribed on the sealed cover. All the conditions prevailing in Kerala Public Works Department will be applicable to these works also. Tender forms are not transferable.
