കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ നടപടിക്രമം

വ ി ഷ യ ം : — വ ്യ വ സ ാ യ ം — സ ഹ ക ര ണ ം — െ മ . കോട്ടയ്ക്കാപ്പുറം കൈത്തറി നെയ്ത്ത് വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 2494—സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരണം— ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സൂചന:—(1) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 8-5-2015-ലെ ഇതേ നമ്പർ നടപടിക്രമം.

(2) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 1-7-2014-ലെ ഇതേ നമ്പർ നടപടിക്രമം.

സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതി നുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഏറ്റുമാനൂർ ബ്ലോക്ക് വ്യവസായ വികസന ആഫീസർ ശ്രീ. ആർ. ജയനെ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചുത്തരവായിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായിരുന്ന ശ്രീ. ആർ. ജയൻ സീനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറായി തരം താഴ്ത്തി സ്ഥലം മാറ്റിയതിനാലും സംഘം വക കെട്ടിടം ഒഴിഞ്ഞുമാറി കൊടുക്കേ≠ സാഹചര്യം അടിയന്തിരമായി വന്നതിനാലും പുതുതായി നിയമിതനായ വ്യവസായ വികസന ഓഫീസർ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടികൾ നടത്തുന്നതിന് കാലതാമസം നേരിടുന്നതിനാലും ഈ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം 1969 വകുപ്പ് 71 (1) പ്രകാരം സംഘം രജിസ്ട്രാർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാര മുപയോഗിച്ച് കോട്ടയ്ക്കാപ്പുറം കൈത്തറി നെയ്ത്ത് വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 2494 ഏറ്റുമാനൂരിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കാനുള്ള നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളു ന്നതിനായി സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ഈ ആഫീസിലെ ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറായ ശ്രീ. സെബാസ്റ്റ്യൻ ഡൊമിനിക്കിനെ നിയമിച്ചുകൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ചാർ÷െടുത്ത ശേഷം സംഘം ആസ്തി ബാദ്ധ്യതകൾ കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തി സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരണത്തി നുള്ള നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളേ≠താണെന്നും പുരോഗതി യഥാസമയം റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണെന്നും നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.

Idukki—Chillithode SC Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND(1) 61, Irumpupalam, Adimaly—Winding up of the affairs of the Society—under Section 71 of KCS Act 1969—Orders issued.

Read:—(1). Proceedings No. B5/237/12(2) dated 11-4-2013 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Idukki.

(2). Enquiry report under Section 65 furnished by the Senior Co-operative Inspector, District Industries Centre, Idukki vide No. JCI/80/13-14 dated 13-7-2014.

Vide paper read as 1st above the Senior Co-operative Inspector, of this office has been ordered to conduct an enquiry in the affairs of the Chillithode SC Womens Industrial Co-operative Society under section 65 of the KCS Act 1969. Vide paper read 2nd above the Senior Co-operative Inspector of this office has furnished the Section 65 enquiry report on the affairs of the above society and recommended to take necessary steps for winding up the affairs of the society as there is no possibility of start functioning of the society.

ORDER

In the above circumstances, the affairs of the Chillithode SC Womens Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S.IND(I)61, Irumpupalam, Adimaly is hereby orderd to be wound up under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 and Smt. E. A. Rejani, Senior Co-operative Inspector of this office is hereby appointed as the liquidator of the Society under Section 72 of the KCS Act. The liquidator should take charge of the above society and proceed to wound up the affairs of the society and report the progress of the winding up activities to the undersigned from time to time. She would recommend the cancellation of the registration of the above society as and when the affairs of the society are finally wound up.

Winding up of the affairs of the society under Section 71 of KCS Act 1969—Revised Orders issued.

Read:—Sec.65 enquiry report of the Senior Co-operative Inspector vide No. JCI/82/13-14 dt. 13-1-2014.

Vide paper read as 1st above the Senior Co-operative Inspector, who has conducted and furnished the Sec. 65 enquiry report on the affairs of the Jai Bhim Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND(I)54, Mullaringadu.

The Junior Co-operative Inspector in her enquiry requested to take necessary steps to liquidate the affairs of the society as there is no scope of functioning the society. Hence the order.

ORDER

In the above circumstances the affairs of the Jai Bhim Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND(I)54, Mullaringadu is hereby orderd to be wound up under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 and Smt. E. A. Rajani, Junior Co-operative Inspector-1, District Industries Centre Idukki is hereby appointed as the liduidator of the Society under Section 72 of the KCS Act. The liquidator should take charge of the above society and proceed to wound up the affairs of the society and report the progress of the winding up activities to the undersigned from time to time. She would recommend the cancellation of the registration of the above society as and when the affairs of the society are finally wound up. The liquidator is directed to complete the winding up works of the said society within a period of one year.
