Whereas, Divisional Manager, National Insurance Company has deposited with this court a sum of ` 7,25,518 (Rupees Seven Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred and Eighteen only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Abdul Salam, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Sri Rajendra Prasad, Panikkasseril Thekkethil, Adinad South, Kattilkadavu, Karunagappally and where as it is reported that.

are his only dependents as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
ശ്രീ. രാജേന്ദ്ര പ്രസാദ്, പണിക്കശ്ശേരിൽ തെക്കതിൽ, ആദിനാട് സൗത്ത്, കാട്ടിൽക്കടവ്, കരുനാഗപ്പള്ളി കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. അബ്ദുൾസലാമിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,25,518 (ഏഴു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തയ്യായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി പതിനെട്ടു രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി.
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Vinod Kumar s/o Sankarankutty Menon, Maravanchery House, Kundukkad, Thekkumkara, Thrissur District എന്ന വ്യ‡ിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കിവരവെ 17-7-2005-ന് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണമടഞ്ഞ മനോജ്കുമാർ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്ന തിനായി The United India Insurance Co.
