TENDER NOTICE

No. E1-60370/2014/DR. 5th January 2015.

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of toner and replacement of toner cartridge, drum and other spares if necessary for the 98 numbers of computer laser printers available in the Police Stations/IP Offices/ Women Cell/Dy. SP Offices/AR Camp and District Police Office in the Kozhikode Rural District to be refilled on demand for the period from 1-4-2015 to 31-3-2016. The model numbers of the printer machines are furnished below.

HP 1007-30, HP 2015-22, HP 1522-20, HP 1020-6, HP 1108-6, HP 1120-1, HP 1505-1, HP M 1005-1, HP 1606-4, Ricoh 2900-2, Canon 6018-2, Canon 2900-1, Canon 8320-1, Samsung SCX 3401-1.

should be submitted. Applications for the tender forms should be accompanied by a receipt for cash remittance of ` 420 (including VAT) remitted at the District Police Office, Kozhikode Rural and the said amount is not refundable at any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Date and time of closing the issue of tender forms will be on 9-2-2015 at 4 p.m. Last date and time of receipt of tender is 10-2-2015 at 4 p.m. Cheque/ Draft/Postal Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be send by V. P. P. either. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at ` 210 (including VAT) per copy.

Intending tenderers may submit their applications to the District Police Chief, Kozhikode (Rural), Vatakara-5 and obtain the requisite tender form in which the tender The envelope containing tender should be superscribed "Tender for refilling of toner of computer laser printers of Kozhikode Rural District Police" with tender number and addressed to the District Police Chief, Puthupanam P. O., Vatakara-5. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 11-2-2015 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time. 319 3rd FEB. 2015] POLICE DEPARTMENT 10

CONDITIONS

(1) Every tenderer should remit one percentage as EMD ie., ` 2,000 in favour of "District Police Chief, Kozhikode (Rural)" either through DD or cash remittance at this office.

(2) The tenderer should enclose an agreement as prescribed in tender forms in stamp paper worth ` 100.

(3) The successful tenderer should sign an agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.

Further details can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The District Police Chief, Vatakara have the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason.
