കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ആലപ്പുഴ കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രവർത്തികൾക്ക് നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ/ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-2-2015-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതും ഒരു മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
അന്നേദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ ക്രമ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരും നിരതദ്രവ്യം നമ്പർ അടങ്കൽ തുകയും `

No. 2.ദർഘാസ് പത്രിക അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാർക്ക് മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അത് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ആലപ്പുഴയുടെ പേരിൽ നി›ിത തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായും ` 150-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രിലിമിനറി കരാറും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാനും ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ആലപ്പുഴയ്ക്ക് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Competitive tenders are invited in sealed envelope by the Executive Engineer (Agri.), Southern Region, Alappuzha on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered contractors for the following work.
Time of Completion—8 Months for Sl. No. 1 and 6 months for Sl. No. 2.

Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 150 and EMD as Demand Draft in favour of Executive Engineer (Agri.), Alappuzha should be attached with the tender. Name of work should be superscribed on the envelope. Tenders can be submitted upto 1 p.m. on 24-2-2015 and will be opened on 24-2-2015 at 2 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives present at the time of opening. All the conditions regarding notice inviting tenders in the Kerala PWD and allied orders will be applicable to this tender. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any application for tender documents and also to reject the tender without assigning any reason and also to cancel/postpone the tender.
