Whereas, the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Thiruvananthapuram, has deposited with this court a sum of ` 6,39,200 (Rupees Six Lakh thirty nine thousand and two hundred only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Krishnan Nair who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board and whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Ushakumari,
Rakenthu, Kuzhakkatukonam, Parasuvaikkal P. O., Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram—Wife 2. Kumari Vyga, do. — Daughter are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
കെ. എസ്. ഇ. ബി. യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. കൃഷ്ണൻ നായരുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,39,200 (ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തൊമ്പതിനായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി

Whereas, Divisional Manager, National Insurance Company, Kollam, has deposited with this court a sum of ` 3,15,224 (Rupees Three Lakh fifteen thousand two hundred and twenty four only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Venugopala Pillai, who met with a fatal accident while employed under Jayakumara Pillai, Ram Nivas, Chemmukkadu P. O., Kollam and whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Sathi Bhai, Koipurathuveedu, Kadavur, Perinad P. O.,—Wife (died)
2. Smt. Gourikutty, Nilathelveedu, Kadavur, Perinad P. O.,—Mother
3. Smt. Raji, Thazhathuveedu, Pothanikkad, Koovalloor P. O., Ernakulam—Sister
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees Compensation Act. ശ്രീ. ജയകുമാരപ്പിള്ള, രാംനിവാസ്, ചെമ്മുക്കാട് പി. ഒ., കൊല്ലം എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകട മു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. വേണുഗോപാലൻ പിള്ളയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,15,224 (മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തി പതിനഞ്ചായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തി നാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

3. ശ്രീമതി രാജി, താഴത്ത് വീട്, പോത്തംകാട്, കൂവള്ളൂർ പി. ഒ., എറണാകുളം—സഹോദരി

1. Smt. Lathakumari, Makkuvilakathuveedu, Kulathur P. O., Uchakkada, Thiruvananthapuram—Wife 2. Kumari Greeshma, do. — Daughter 3. Master Girish, do. — Son
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. പാലക്കാട് അഹല്യ ആശുപത്രിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരവെ 1-1-2013-ന് മരണമടഞ്ഞ തൊഴിലാളി ശ്രീ. അരുൾ ജോസഫ്, ചിന്തൻ വീട്, സായതുറൈ, പരിശിക്കൽ, പാലക്കാട് എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 1,75,000 ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അരുൾ ജോസഫിന്റെ മരണ സമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് കൊഴിഞ്ഞാമ്പാറ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ പോബ്സ് ഗ്രാനൈറ്റ് പ്രൊഡക്ട് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡിനുകീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരവെ 1-10-1998-ന് മരണമടഞ്ഞ തൊഴിലാളി ശിവരാമന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 4,13,768 ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ശിവരാമൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ മരണ സമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ വെന്ന് പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അന്വേ ഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
