കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ 8-9-2008-ലെ സി.എസ്. 2515/02-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം ക്യൂ. 1069-ാം നമ്പർ തേവലപ്പുറം കൺസ്യൂമർ സഹകരണസംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നെടുവത്തൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ നിയമിച്ചിരുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിൽനിന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുക കിട്ടാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠ുമാസത്തിനകം എന്നെ നേരിട്ടോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റ ് മുഖാന്തിരമോ അറിയിക്കേ≠താണെന്നും ടി സംഘത്തിലേക്ക് ഏതെങ്കിലും ഇനത്തിൽ അടയ്ക്കാനുള്ള തുക നേരിൽ തന്ന് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ സംഘാംഗങ്ങളേയും പൊതുജനങ്ങളെയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

വിഷയം:—സമാപ്തീകരണം—ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ. എസ്. 3, ബായാർ സഹകരണ സ്റ്റോഴ്സ്—1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 74-ാം വകുപ്പു പ്രകാരം രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തു കൊ≠ുള്ള ഉത്തരവ്—സംബന്ധിച്ച്.
സൂചന:—1. കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ 20-2-2009-ലെ എസ്. ടി. 4495/2008/ കെ. ഡിസ് നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്.
2. ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ 28-1-2015-ലെ 572/2009/എം. 2 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്.
3. അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ), കാസറഗോഡിന്റെ 31-7-2014-ലെ 572/2009/എം.2 നമ്പർ കത്ത്.
പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം ലിക്വിഡേഷനിലായ ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ എസ്.3; ബായാർ സഹകരണ സ്റ്റോർസിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 73(3) അനുസരിച്ച് അവസാനമായി സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് പരാമർശം (2) പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുകയും ടി ഉത്തരവ് അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 അനുസരിച്ച് സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തുകൊ≠് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതിന് പരാമർശം (3) പ്രകാരം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ), കാസറഗോഡ് ശുപാർശയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
ഉത്തരവ്
1. ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ എസ്. 3, ബായാർ സഹകരണ സ്റ്റോർസിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 74-ാം വകുപ്പ്് പ്രകാരം റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തുകൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
2. സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലഭ്യമായ റിക്കോർഡുകൾ മുഴുവൻ കേരള സഹകരണ ചട്ടം 70-ൽ നിഷ്ക്കർഷിക്കുന്നപ്രകാരം 3 വർഷക്കാലം സൂക്ഷിക്കേ≠തും അതിന് ശേഷം ഈ ഓഫീസിന്റെ മുൻ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി നശിപ്പിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

Bayar Co-operative Stores Ltd. No. S-3 was ordered to be liquidated as per proceedings cited and the Unit Inspector Manjeshwar-II was appointed as the Liquidator of the society and taken charge on 2-5-2009. The balance sheet of the society as on the date of taking charge was as follows.

Share, ` 40,874.75 as Fixed Deposit, ` 3,540.50 as interest payable, ` 1,000 as staff security deposit, ` 70 as Advance Secretary, ` 600 as affiliation fees, ` 862 Suspense Liability and the balance asset as ` 100 under District Treasury Kasaragod, ` 5,000 under caution deposit, ` 23,775.95 under stock in Trade (Ex-salesman) ` 5,650.13 under Deficit Stock (Ex-salesman) ` 7,240 SA Salesman, ` 1,583 SA (Ex-president), ` 20,886.02 under SA (General), ` 1,614.25 under furniture, ` 12,217.42 under difference between Assets and Liabilities written off as per the reference 2nd cited.
The General Body meeting was convened on 24-7-2013 and no member attended in the meeting. Finally there was an amount of ` balance and is donated to Kasaragod Circle Co-operative Union.
The Liquidation account of the society has been audited by the Office Inspector, Office of the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General) Kasaragod and report is also appended. Under these circumstances the following order is issued.
ORDER
In the above circumstances I, the Liquidator of the Bayar Co-operative Stores Ltd. No. S-3. Unit Inspector Manjeshwar-II is hereby declare that the affairs of the Bayar Co-operative Stores Ltd. No. S-3, Bayar P. O., have been finally wound up under Section 73 (3) of Kerala Co-operative Societies Act 1969 and recommended to the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General) Kasaragod for the cancellation of the Registration of the Society under Section 74 of the above Act.
