സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 1999 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്് ഡിπോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ എൻ. എസ്. എസ്. പോളിടെക്നിക് കോളേജ് പന്തളത്ത് നിന്നും 7462 രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസായ ശ്രീ. സോമശേഖരൻ, റ്റി.
എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

പാലക്കാട് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ` 1,37,500-ന് 2014-15 വർഷത്തേക്ക് മാഗസിൻ മുദ്രണംചെയ്ത് നൽകുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെൻഡറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
ടെൻഡറുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ടെൻഡർ നമ്പർ "എ5/1445/2014-15/കോളേജ് മാഗസിൻ" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജ,് പാലക്കാട്-678 001" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ടെൻഡറുകൾ 11-3-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്കു മുൻപായി കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരി ക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകികിട്ടുന്ന ടെൻഡറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡറുകൾ 11-3-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റ ിന്റെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ടെൻഡർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ` 420 [400 + 20 (VAT 5%)] അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകു ന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
ടെൻഡർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 11-3-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നേരിട്ട് അടയ്ക്കുകയോ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കു കയോ ചെയ്യാം. ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ,് ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 11-3-2015. Cheque, Postage Stamps, Demand Draft, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will be sent per V. P. P. Sealed tenders are invited for the printing of College Magazine 2014-15 for ` 1,37,500.
The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. A5/1445/2014-15/College Magazine" and addressed to "The Principal, Government Victoria College, Palakkad-678 001". The filled in tenders should reach in this office on or before 11-3-2015, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 11-3-2015 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to "The Principal, Government Victoria College, Palakkad-678 001" obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by Money Order or Cash remittance of ` 420 [ 400 + 20 (VAT 5%)] (Rupees four Hundred and Twenty only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable. Tender forms are not transferable.
