വിഷയം :—ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ ഭൂമികൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന:—1. കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28A (ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം) ചട്ടം 3 (7) ചട്ടം (4). 2. ശ്രീ. സലീം സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
3. കുമ്മിൾ വില്ലേജാഫീസറുടെ 7-2-2015-ലെ 29/2015-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട്് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

3. ശ്രീ. യൂസഫ് സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
4. കടയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജാഫീസറുടെ 11-2-2015-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 62/2015-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തു വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളിൻമേൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വില ചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ചുകൊ≠് 6-3-2010-ൽ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ന്യായവിലയിൽ വന്നുചേർന്ന അപാകതകൾ പരിഹരിച്ച് ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
