Whereas, the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Attingal has deposited with this court a sum of ` 8,59,840 (Rupees Eight Lakh fifty nine thousand Eight hundred and forty only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri G. R. Girish, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board, Thiruvananthapuram and whereas it is reported that 1. Smt. Radhamony,
Girish Bhavan, Kulappuram, Madavur P. O., Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram—Mother is his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി 1. ശ്രീമതി രാധാമണിയമ്മ,
ഗിരീഷ് ഭവനം, കുളപ്പുറം, മടവൂർ പി. ഒ., വർക്കല, തിരുവനന്തപുരം—മാതാവ് 10th MARCH 2015] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 22 എന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Whereas, the employer Pace Motors, Kasaragod has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 7,75,000 (Rupees seven lakh seventy five thousand only) as Compensation for distribution to the dependents of the deceased Udayakumar s/o. Suresh (Late), Arjal House, Golithadi, Adkathbail, Kasaragod District who met with fatal accident in the course of work, while attending Electrical work in Pace Motors, Kasaragod on 9-6-2014 whereas it is reported that
