തിരുവനന്തപുരം വെറ്ററ ിനറി ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്ന വെറ്ററിനറി മരുന്നുകൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് താല്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

1. Xylazine HCI 100mg/ml (50ml) — 10 Units.

2. Ketanine HCI 100mg/ml (50ml) — 10 Units.

3. Reverzine 10mg/ml (20ml) — 10 Units.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 23-4-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ അവ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില ` 500-ം വാറ്റുമാണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 250-ം വാറ്റും അധികമായൊടു ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ 13-4-2015 മുതൽ 22-4-2015 വരെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned from the competent and reputed firms for the supply of following Veterinary Medicines for the use of Veterinary Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram zoo.

The last date of receipt of tender is on 23-4-2015 at 3 p. m. The tender should be submitted in sealed cover and addressed to the Director, Museums and Zoo Compound, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tender will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 23-4-2015 in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the participating bidders or their authorised representatives who may be presented at that time.

ആകെ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 2.5 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite forms which should be obtained by a cash remittance of ` 500 plus VAT which is the price fixed for the form and which is ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡി.ഡിയായി നൽകേ≠താണ്. not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് അന്തിമ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്ന are not transferable. The sale of tender will be from 13-4- തിനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണാധികാരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല ഡയറക്ടറിൽ 2015 to 22-4-2015 at 3.30 p. m.. Cheque, Postage stamps etc. നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ will not be accepted towards the cost of form nor will the നിബന്ധനകളും ബാധകമാണ്. ദർഘാസിനെകുറിച്ചുള്ള form be sent as VPP. required will be issued for ` 250 + VAT per copy. Earnest Money Deposit @ 2.5% of the total amount

quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the

Director, Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram should be accompanied with the tender.

Tender which lack the required documents, agreement sufficient EMD will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are lowest. The undersigned reserve the right to reject or postpone the tender without assigning any reason.

The detailed tender conditions governing the supply equipments to be supplied can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
