The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1/10/2014-15 due on 20-4-2015 at 3 p.m. and
addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 20-4-2015 at 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 21-4-2015 in the
presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may, on application to the
undersigned, to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,575 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale
of tender form will be closed at 2 p.m. on 20-4-2015. Drafts, Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the form be sent per
V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 790 including VAT per copy (by post ` 840.)
As per tender condition the tenderer should send
along with the tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 100 and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without
agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the tender form by post should sent ` 1,625 including VAT by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who
desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of ` 150 along with the cost of tender forms.
