No. DC/Licensing of Jetties/2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (n) of Section 123 of Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Board of Trustees of the Port of Cochin hereby makes following insertion in the Cochin Port Trust (Licensing of Jetties, Slipway and Boat Pen) Amendment Regulations 2013 published in the Kerala Gazette for two weeks successively on 13th and 20th May 2014 namely:—
In Regulation 2(1) after the words "and Corporation of Kochi" the following shall be inserted "and the jetties/piers owned by Religious Institutions".
