നമ്പർ ഡി-3362/2014.

താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതയുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 25-4-2015 മുതൽ 28-4-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-4-2015, 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 4 മണിക്ക് താഴെ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയ ത്തിൽ വെച്ച് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ജോലിയുടെ പേരും അടങ്കൽ തുകയും—സുങ്കത്തുള്ള പ്രീമെട്രിക്ക് ഹോസ്റ്റലിനോട് ചേർന്നുള്ള ഹോസ്റ്റൽ വാർഡന്റെ ഓഫീസിന്റെയും ക്വാർട്ടേഴ്സിന്റെയും നിർമ്മാണം— ` 11,00,000.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം— ` 27,500.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—` 5,000 + വി. നി.

ജോലി തീർക്കേ≠ പരമാവധി സമയം—² മാസം.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിശദ വിവരങ്ങളും താഴെ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 25-4-2015 മുതൽ 28-4-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണ ത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ (മടക്കിതുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. നി›ിത ദിവസം കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെ≠ർ നടക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാൻ 30-4-2015-നോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 2-5-2015-നോ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വീ≠ും ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും 269 258 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും ബാധകമാണ്. നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ, പറമ്പിക്കുളത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ജോലിയുടെ പേരും കരാറുകാരന്റെ പേരും പൂർണ്ണ മേൽവിലാസവും ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് നി›ിത സമയത്തി നുള്ളിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപൂർണ്ണവും നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Competitive tenders in sealed covers are invited from the eligible registered contractors of the PWD, Kerala for the work scheduled below. The interesting tenderers should submit tenders in prescribed tender forms with the name of the work superscribed. The tender forms will be issued from the office of the undersigned on working days from 25-4-2015 to 28-4-2015 upto 1 p. m. The tenders will be accepted upto 3 p. m. and the tender will be opened at 4 p. m. on 28-4-2015 at the office of the undersigned in the presence of tenderers who choose to be present. If the tender could not be held on 28-4-2015, it will be held on 30-4-2015 or 2-5-2015 at the same place and time.

Name of work with PAC—Construction of Office cum Library and Residence of Hostel Warden at Premetric Tribal Hostel at Sungam under Sungam Range during 2014-15—` 11,00,000.

E.M.D—` 27,500.

Cost of tender form—` 5,000 + VAT.

Maximum time of completion—2 month.

The tender forms and other particulars and details can be had from the office of the undersigned from 25-4-2015 to 28-4-2015 up to 1 p. m. on application in writing and on payment of the value of documents (non refundable) either in cash or by Money Order. The tenderers should submit a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tenders. All other conditions are as usually followed in the PWD, Kerala. Tender documents issued are not transferable. The EMD should be endorsed in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, FDA, Parambikulam and should clearly show the name of the work and name and address of the tenderers.

Incomplete and defective tenders will be summarily rejected.
