തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലേക്ക് ആട്ട നീഡറോടു കൂടിയ ആട്ടോമാറ്റിക്ക് ചപ്പാത്തിമേക്കിംഗ് മെഷീൻ-2 എണ്ണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി സീൽചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—`18,00,000 (ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ടേഷൻ, ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ ചാർ÷സ് സഹിതം).
സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ—മണിക്കൂറിൽ 8" ചപ്പാത്തി 1500 എണ്ണം ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള ശേഷി, 3 പ്രാവശ്യം തിരിഞ്ഞു ചുട്ടുവരുന്നതാകണം. എഞ്ചിൻശേഷി പരമാവധി 2 എച്ച്. പി., പരമാവധി ഗ്യാസ് ഉപയോഗം മണിക്കൂറിൽ 3 കി. ഗ്രാം.
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ആട്ടോമാറ്റിക്ക് ചപ്പാത്തി മേക്കിംഗ് മെഷീനിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സൂപ്ര≠്, സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ, പൂജപ്പുര, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 012 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, സെൻട്രൽ പ്രിസൺ സൂപ്ര≠ാഫീസിൽ ` 3,780 രൊക്കമടച്ചാൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനായി ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ച തുക ഒരു സാഹചര്യത്തിലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റ വില്പന 2-5-2015-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ചെക്കായോ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയ രീതികളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒരു കോപ്പിക്ക് `1,890 അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Auttomatic Chappathi Making Machine with Atta Kneader- 2 Nos. to Central Prison, Thiruvananthapuram.
Estimated Cost of Machinery—` 18,00,000 (Including Transportation and Installation charges).
The envlopes containing the tender should bear the superscription "Tender for Automatic Chappathi Making Machine" and should be addressed to the Superintendent, Central Prison, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram-695 012. Last date of receipts of tender will be 4-5-2015 at 4 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opend at 4 p. m. on 5-5-2015 in the presence or their authorized respresentatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Central Prison, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 3,780 which is the price fixed for a form which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender froms are not transferable. Sale of tender froms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 2-5-2015. Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 1,890 per copy.
