നമ്പർ ടി. എ. 11/2014-15. 2015 മാർച്ച് 30.
കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ എം. എൽ. എ. മാരുടെ പ്രാദേശിക വികസന നിധി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിവിധ സ്കൂളുകളിലേക്കും വായനശാലകളിലേക്കും യു.പി.എസ്., എൽ. ഇ. ഡി. ടി. വി. ആന്റ ് സൗ≠് സിസ്റ്റം എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികളിലേക്ക് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാർ എന്നിവരിൽനിന്നും പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
30-3-2015 തീയതിയിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളുടെ നമ്പരുകൾ 16/14-15, 17/14-15 എന്നിവയാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും, അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ,് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ, കണ്ണൂർ എന്നവർക്ക് സ്പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റ്/രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് പോസ്റ്റിൽ 5-5-2015-ന് മൂന്നു മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി എത്തിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പ്രസ്തുത ദർഘാസുകൾ 5-5-2015-ാം തീയതി 3.30 മണിക്ക്് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവും ഷെഡ്യൂളുകളും, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽനിന്നും (www.keralapwd.gov.in) 5-5-2015 വരെ ഡൗൺ ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (യഥാക്രമം ` 5,250, ` 735) "അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ഉപവിഭാഗം, കണ്ണൂർ"-ന്റെ പേരിൽ കണ്ണൂരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന വിധത്തിലുള്ള ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധന പ്രകാരം ` 150-ന്റെ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ഒരു പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റും ദർഘാസ് തുകയുടെ 1% EMD-യും ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. EMD അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ഉപവിഭാഗം, കണ്ണൂരിന്റെ പേരിൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ട്രഷറി സേവിംഗ്സ് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ്/NSC/നാഷണലൈസ്ഡ് ബാങ്ക് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് ആയിരിക്കണം. ISO/ISI തുടങ്ങിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ മുഴുവൻ സാങ്കേതിക വിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളുടെ വാറ≠ി സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ നൽകുന്ന അധികാരപത്രം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നയാൾ സπൈ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ പ്രദർശനം തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ പർച്ചേസ് കമ്മിറ്റി മുമ്പാകെ ആവശ്യാനുസരണം ചെയ്തു കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും ആയവ യുടെ പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച പരിശീലനം ടീച്ചർമാർക്ക് നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന നിർമ്മാതാക്കളുടെ/ അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാരുടെ പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായ സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ദ്ധ∑ാരെ കണ്ണൂർ/കോഴിക്കോട്/കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിൽ കൃത്യമായ സേവനത്തിനായി ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്. പർച്ചേയ്സ് കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് ടെ≠ർ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രവൃത്തി സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നോ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ കാര്യാലയങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturer/ Authorised dealer for UPS, LED TV and Sound System to Various Schools and Vayanasalas (Libraries) in Kannur District under MLASDF.
Tender numbers of two Tenders are 16/14-15 and 17/14-15 dated 30-3-2015. Envelope for each tender should bear the tender number of the respective tender and the tender Name and addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics Sub-division, Kannur-670 002 and send by Speed Post/Registered Post.
The tender should be reached in the office on or before 5-5-2015, 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 5-5-2015 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.
The tender forms and Tender Schedules will be available on www.keralapwd.gov.in till 5-5-2015. Separate Demand Draft for the cost of tender form (` 5,250, ` 735 respectively including VAT) should be attached with the tender from.
As per tender condition, the tenderer should send along with his tender, a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 150 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) ` 13,250, ` 3,070 as Treasury Saving Deposit/NSC or DD taken from any Nationalized Bank. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. The EMD should be Treasury Saving Deposit, NSC or DD taken from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics Sub Division, Kannur and payable at Kannur.
Attested copy of the PAN card of the tenderer should be attached with the tender. The tender should accompany with the Technical details, ISO/ISI certificate of the firm/product etc. If required, tenderer should demonstrate the offered model at own their cost in the presence of the Purchase committee before finalizing the tender. The tenderer will have to install the equipment in the schools at their own cost and provide sufficient training to the teachers for the correct operation. The tenderer should have an experienced Technical Team at Kannur/Kozhikode District for providing prompt service support. Manufacturer's authorization letter mentioning warranty for the product is also to be attached with the tender. Purchase committee decision will be the final. All the rules related to the tender will also be applicable to this tender. Details will be available from this office on all working days.
