തൃശ്ശൂർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ അനസ്തേഷ്യ വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് കേന്ദ്രീകൃത മെഡിക്കൽ ഗ്യാസ് πാന്റിന്റെ ആന്വൽ മെയിന്റനൻസ് കോൺട്രാക്ട് നൽകുന്നതിനായി 9-12-2014-ൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 76/14-15/ എം.സി.ടി.സി.ആർ. സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 6-5-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചതായി ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ, 5-5-2015, 4 മണിവരെ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 420. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 210. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനുള്ള മണിയോർഡറുകൾ 29-4-2015 ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 4 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 50 ചേർത്ത് അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് മാറ്റമില്ല.
The last date fixed for the receipt of Tender No. 76/2014-15/MCTCR dated 9-12-2014 for the Annual Maintenance Contract for Centralized Gas Plant in the Department of Anaesthesiology of Government Medical College, Thrissur is extended upto 6-5-2015 at 1 p. m. The tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 5-5-2015. The cost of tender form is ` 420 and duplicate copy is ` 210. Money Order will be accepted upto 29-4-2015. ` 50 should be sent additionally if needed by post. All other conditions remain unchanged.
