Where the petitioners above named have filed petition under Section 7, 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, for obtaining the permission of the Court with respect to the sale of Schedule Property belonging to their father, deceased Muhammed Sageer who died on 11-12-2013.
