കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിൽ യു.ജി.സി. (XI πാൻ) സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായ പദ്ധതിയിൽ "ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ ് ഓഫ് സ്പോട്സ് ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ ആന്റ ് എക്യുപ്മെന്റ ് ഇൻ കോളേജ്" ` 2,50,000-ന്റെ ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ബോളിംഗ് മെഷ്യൻ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "യു.ജി.സി. സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ` 2,50,000-ന്റെ ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ബോളിംഗ് മെഷ്യൻ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, കോട്ടയം, നാട്ടകം പി. ഒ., കോട്ടയം പിൻ-686 013, എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-5-2015-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 2 മണിവരെ 18-5-2015-ാം തീയതി അവധി ദിവസമായി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ട ടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 18-5-2015-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 525-ന്റെ (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരുകാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 18-5-2015-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ, സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 263 (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ) ആയിരിക്കും.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Cricket
Bowling Machine for ` 2,50,000 under UGC (XI Plan) Development of Sports infrastructure and Equipment in
Colleges to Government College, Kottayam.
The cover containing tender should be superscribed
"Tender for the supply of Cricket Bowling Machine for
` 2,50,000 under UGC Development of Sports infrastructure and Equipments, in Colleges and addressed
to the Principal, Government College, Kottayam,
Nattakom P. O., Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt
of tender is 2 p. m. on 18th May 2015. Late tenders will
not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on
18th May 2015 in the presence of such tenderers or their
authorised representatives who may present at that time.
If 18th May 2015 happens to be a holiday, the tender will
be opened at 3 p.m. on the next working day.
Intending tenderers may, on application to
the Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O.,
Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which
tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form
should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 525 (including Tax) which is the price fixed for a form and
which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand
Draft for ` 525 on the local branch of S. B. T. drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and
self addressed stamped cover should be enclosed with the
application for tender forms to be sent by post. The
tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will
be closed at 1 p. m. on 18th May 2015. Cheques or
Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender
forms. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at
` 262 (inclusive of Taxes) per copy.
The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2016. An
agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government
Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be enclosed with the tender. Demand Draft for ` 2,500 (1% of total cost) on the local branch of SBT/SBI drawn in favour of the Principal,
Government College, Kottayam should be submitted along
with the tender as Earnest Money Deposit.
