കോട്ടയം രാജീവ്ഗാന്ധി ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ടെക്നോളജിയിലെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലേക്ക് FPGA controller along with its Software with daughter Card for PWM, Three phase IGBT based Invertor, Three Level Diode Natural Clamped Inverter Module, Inverter Module with Three Phase Induction Motor, PMSM motor with drive നൽകുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—18-5-2015, 1 മണി.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—19-5-2015, 11 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും— 1 9 - 5 - 2 0 1 5 , 2 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാൽ മുഖേന ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 35 അധികമായി ഓരോ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെയും വിലയോടൊപ്പം മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
മണിയോർഡർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-5-2015 ആയിരിക്കും. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില എല്ലാ നികുതിയും ഉൾപ്പെടെയാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, രാജീവ് ഗാന്ധി Last date and time of sale of tender form— ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ടെക്നോളജി, വെള്ളൂർ പി. ഒ., പാമ്പാടി,കോട്ടയം-686 501 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും തീയതിയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇവ ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of FPGA Controller along with its Software with daughter Card for PWM, Three phase IGBT based Invertor, Three Level Diode Natural Clamped Inverter Module, Inverter Module with Three Phase Induction Motor, PMSM motor with drive to the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam.
Total Cost— ` 11,69,000.
Cost of tender forms (including VAT):
Original— ` 1,890.
Duplicate— ` 945.
18-5-2015, 1 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender form—
19-5-2015, 11 a. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—19-5-2015, 2 p. m.
Those who want tender forms by registered post should send ` 35 extra for each tender besides the cost of tender forms by Money Order to the undersigned which should be received on or before 20-5-2015.
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Velloor P. O., Pampady, Kottayam-686 501 on a cash remittance as above or by Money Order on all working days between 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. The tender should be superscribed as Tender No. and date. Cheque, Postage Stamps, Drafts, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms. The tender forms are not transferable.
As per the tender condition, the tenderer should send along with this tender with an agreement executed duly signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value of ` 100 and EMD 1% of total cost of the articles tendered by way of DD in favour of the Principal, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam. Tender without agreement and EMD will be rejected and detailed specification will be issued along with the tender forms.
