Whereas, Deputy Manager, New India Assurance Company, has deposited with this court a sum of ` 6,97,364 (Rupees Six Lakhs Ninety Seven thousand three hundred and sixty four only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Ramachandran Nair who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Karikkathil Prasenan, Karikkathil Veedu, Varipuzha, Punalur and whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Santhamma, Anjilavila Puthenveedu, Karakkad, Punalur—Wife
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
കരിക്കതിൽ പ്രസേനൻ, വാരിപ്പുഴ, പുനലൂർ എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. രാമചന്ദ്രൻ നായരുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,97,364 (ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റേഴായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തിനാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ശ്രീമതി ശാന്തമ്മ, ആഞ്ഞിലിവിള പുത്തൻവീട്, കരിയ്ക്കാട്, പുനലൂർ—ഭാര്യ 17th FEB. 2015] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 3 ശശിധരൻ, ഹൗസ് നമ്പർ 47, പൗ≠്വിള, ക≠ല പി. ഒ., നെയ്യാറ്റിൻകര, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

House, Marukil Krishnapuram, നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. അനിൽകുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,29,268 (ആറു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തൊൻപതിനായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തെട്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
