കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ജലസേചന വകുപ്പ്, മെക്കാനിക്കൽ വിഭാഗം ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ കൊട്ടിയൂർ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ഒറ്റപ്പിലാവ് ലിഫ്റ്റ് ഇറിഗേഷൻ സ്കീമിന് വേ≠ി 40 HP-യുടെ മോട്ടോർ പമ്പ് സെറ്റ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാരിൽ നിന്നോ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ആവശ്യമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങളും എണ്ണവും—40 HP ലിഫ്റ്റ് പമ്പ്സെറ്റും ഫുള്ളി ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക്ക് സ്റ്റാർ ഡെൽറ്റാ സ്റ്റാർട്ടറും—ഒന്ന് (ഇലക്ട്രിക് മോട്ടോറോടുകൂടി.)
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ഉദ്ധരിച്ച തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:
ഒറിജിനൽ—` 900 + 5 % VAT (മൊത്തം ` 945). ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആഫീസും തീയതിയും സമയവും—ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, മെക്കാനിക്കൽ, ജലസേചന വകുപ്പ്, പബ്ലിക് ആഫീസ് കെട്ടിടം, മ്യൂസിയം പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-33-ൽ നിന്നും 2-5-2015 മുതൽ 20-5-2015 വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ തീയതിയും സമയവും ആഫീസും—26-5-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ, സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ആന്റ ് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (മെക്കാനിക്കൽ), പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി. മെക്കാനിക്കൽ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, പബ്ലിക് ആഫീസ് കെട്ടിടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും ആഫീസും— 26-5-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 4.30 മണി, സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എ ഞ്ച ി ന ീ യ ർ ആ ന്റ ് െ ഡ പ ്യ ൂ ട്ട ി ച ീ ഫ ് എ ഞ്ച ി ന ീ യ ർ (മെക്കാനിക്കൽ), പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി., മെക്കാനിക്കൽ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, പബ്ലിക് ആഫീസ് കെട്ടിടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകുന്ന കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ആന്റ ് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (മെക്കാനിക്കൽ), പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി. മെക്കാനിക്കൽ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, പബ്ലിക് ആഫീസ് കെട്ടിടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033, ഫോൺ : 0471-2322634 എന്ന മേലെഴുത്ത് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു നൽകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ കരാറുകാരന്റെയോ അയാളെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ആളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ആണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ഇതേ സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഏതൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം ` 500 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മതപത്രവും ഉദ്ധരിച്ച തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാന ത്തിന് തുല്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ആന്റ ് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (മെക്കാനിക്കൽ), (പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി.) മെക്കാനിക്കൽ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, പബ്ലിക് ആഫീസ് കെട്ടിടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന പേർക്ക് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യണം. പ്രാഥമിക കരാറോ ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യമോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രാഥമിക കരാറിന്റെ മാതൃക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ്. തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസിന്റെ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ ` 50 (തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല) മണിയോർഡറായി ടി ആഫീസിലേക്ക് അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. തപാൽ മുഖാന്തിരം ഉ≠ാകുന്ന താമസത്തിന് വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല.
അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ` 535 ദർഘാസിനുവേ≠ി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ കേരളത്തിന് വെളിയിലുള്ള കരാറുകാർക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് (ഇതിൽ ` 150 മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വിലയും ` 35 ഇൻസിഡന്റൽ ചാർ÷ും ആകുന്നു). ദർഘാസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ടി ആഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്.
ജലസേചന വകുപ്പിൽ ദർഘാസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ ഒരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ഈ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

The Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Irrigation, Thiruvananthapuram for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites sealed tenders, in original, in prescribed form from the original manufacturers or their authorised dealers or well established forms for the "Supply of 40HP Motor Pump Set and Starter for Ottappilavu LIS in Kottiyoor Panchayath in Kannur District under MI Division, Kannur".
Tender No. CE (MECH)/T/2/2015-16.
Required Items and Quantity—40 HP Motor Pump set and fully Automatic star delta starter for the above motor—1 No.
EMD—1% of quoted amount.
Cost of tender form (Original)—` 900+VAT @ 5% (Total ` 945).

On all working days at working time from 2-5-2015 to 20-5-2015 from the Office of the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Irrigation, Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33. Phone: 0471-2322634.
Last date, time and office of submission of filled up tenders—Up to 4 p.m. on 26-5-2015 to the Superintending Engineer & Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33 by registered speed post or speed post.
Date, time and office of opening of tenders—
At 4.30 p.m. on 26-5-2015 before the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33.
Cover containing tenders should be superscribed with Tender No. & addressed to the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Irrigation Department, Public Office Building, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of tender submitted authority or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. If the tender date is a declared holiday the tender process will be done on the next working day at same time and place. The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances.
Cheques, draft, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted for the cost of tender forms. Tender forms are not transferable.
Tenders are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500 and an EMD equivalent to 1% of the quoted amount in favour of the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Building, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33. Tenders without EMD and preliminary agreement will not be considered. A specimen of agreement is available in the tender form itself. Tender form can be obtained by post form the above office on payment of value of tender documents and an additional amount of ` 50 (towards the postal and incidental charges) by money order along with proper request. Department will not be responsible for any postal delay.
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firm outside Kerala along with tender form on payment of additional amount ` 535 (` 500 towards the value of stamp paper and ` 35 for incidental charges) which may be remitted by money order in advance to the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Buildings, MuseumP. O.,Thiruvananthapuram-33 during working hours.
All other existing conditions related to Irrigation Department will be applicable in this tender also. If required, the undersigned have right to cancel this without assigning any reason thereof.
