വിഷയം:— വ ്യ വ സ ാ യ ം —സ ഹ ക ര ണ ം —പ ൂ ഴ ി ക്ക ാ ട ് പട്ടികജാതി വനിതാ എെ. സി. എസ്. ലിമിറ്റഡ് നമ്പർ എസ്. എെ. എൻ. ഡി. പി. റ്റി. എ-65, പന്തളം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ നിയമനം—സംബന്ധിച്ച്.

പരാമർശം:— JCI (1)-ന്റെ 27-3-2015-ലെ JCI (1)/65/2015 നമ്പരിലുള്ള സെക്ഷൻ 65 പ്രകാരമുള്ള അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.

പ്രകാരം സംഘം തുടരാനോ, സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം പുനരാരംഭിക്കാനോ സംഘാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് താൽപര്യമില്ല എന്ന് അറിയുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ആയതിനാൽ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കേ≠താണെന്ന് സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ താഴെ പറയും പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 72 (1) പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷി പ്തമായിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരമുപയോഗിച്ച് പൂഴിക്കാട് പട്ടികജാതി വനിതാ എെ. സി. എസ്. ലിമിറ്റഡ് നമ്പർ എസ്. എെ. എൻ.

ഡി. പി. റ്റി. എ.65-ന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ഈ ആഫീസിലെ ശ്രീ. ഫൈസൽ, കെ. കെ., ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. സംഘത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ആസ്തി കളുടെയും ചുമതല ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേ≠തും സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരണത്തിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ നി›ിത കാലാവധിക്ക്ഉള്ളിൽ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ആയി ചാർ÷് എടുത്ത വിവരം അടിയന്തിരമായി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം പൂഴിക്കാട് പട്ടികജാതി വനിതാ എെ. സി. എസ്. ലിമിറ്റഡ് നമ്പർ എസ്. എെ. എൻ. ഡി. പി. റ്റി. എ-65, പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ അടൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ കുരമ്പാല വില്ലേജിൽ 14-3-1997-ൽ രൂപീകരിച്ച സംഘമാണ്. ചൂരൽ, മുള, ഈറ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കുട്ട, വട്ടി, ഫർണിച്ചറുകൾ എന്നിവ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിച്ച് വിപണനം നടത്തുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തന ഉദ്ദേശ്യം. 15 അംഗങ്ങളാണ് സംഘത്തിൽ ഉ≠ായിരുന്നത്. സംഘം നാളിതുവരെ പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തിയതുമില്ല. സഹകരണ (ഒപ്പ്) ജനറൽ മാനേജർ. 377 34 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III ക്ലെയിം നോട്ടീസ് Read:—Enquiry report under Section 65 furnished by the Junior Co-operative Inspector-II, നമ്പർ ജെ.സി.എെ.(1)/65/2015. 2015 ഏപ്രിൽ 29. പൂഴിക്കാട് പട്ടികജാതി വനിതാ എെ. സി. എസ്. എസ്. എെ. എൻ. ഡി. പി. റ്റി. എ-65, ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ (ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-I, ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം, കോഴഞ്ചേരി) 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം ചട്ടം 69(2) പ്രകാരം പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം, ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ ഡി/3639/08 തീയതി 18-4-2015 നമ്പർ നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ടി സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് എന്നെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ആകയാൽ ടി സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുകകൾ കിട്ടാനുള്ള ആളുകൾ അവയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധം ചെയ്ത് 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേർ, പൂഴിക്കാട് പട്ടികജാതി വനിതാ എെ. സി. എസ്. എസ്. എെ. എൻ. ഡി. പി. റ്റി. എ-65, (ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-I, ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം, കോഴഞ്ചേരി) എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. 60 ദിവസത്തിനുശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന യാതൊരു ബാധ്യതകളോ അവകാശങ്ങളോ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല എന്ന് അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Vide paper read above, the Junior Co-operative Inspector of this office has been ordered to conduct an enquiry in the affairs of the Green Petals Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND (I) 104, Vazhithala P. O., Thodupuzha under Section 65 of the KCS Act 1969. Vide paper read 2nd above the Junior Co-operative Inspector-II of this office has furnished the Section 65 enquiry report on the affairs of the above society and recommended to take necessary steps for winding up the affairs of the society as there is no possibility of start functioning of the society.

ORDER

In the above circumstances, the affairs of the Green Petals Women Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND (I) 104, Vazhithala P. O., Thodupuzha is hereby ordered to be wound up under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 and Smt. E. A. Rejani, Junior Co-operative Inspector-I of this office is hereby appointed as the liquidator of the Society under Section 72 of the KCS Act. The liquidator should take charge of the above society and proceed to wound up the affairs of the society and report the progress of the winding up Proceedings of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Idukki
