ദർഘാസുകൾ 2015 ജൂൺ 16-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 2 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി വരുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 2015 ജൂൺ 16-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളോ ഹാജരു≠െങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. 2015 ജൂൺ 16-ാം തീയതി അവധി ദിവസമായി വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2015 ജൂൺ 16-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 630 (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ) ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടച്ച മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 2015 ജൂൺ 16-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ, സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 315 (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ) ആയിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് 2016 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ` 500 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 2,780 ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും നൽകേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of Desktop Computer, Laserprinter, UPS and Battery for ` 2,78,000 under Community College Scheme to Government College, Kottayam.
The cover containing tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Desktop Computer, Laserprinter, UPS and Battery for ` 2,78,000 under UGC Community College Scheme in colleges" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p. m. on 16th June 2015. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 16th June 2015. In the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time. If 16th June 2015 happens to be holiday, the tender will be open on the next working day.
Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 630 (including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand Draft f o r ` 630 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and self addressed Stamped cover should be enclosed with the Application for Tender forms to be sent by post. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 16th June 2015. Cheques or Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 315 (Inclusive of Taxes) per copy.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2016. An Agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 500 should be enclosed with the Tender. Demand Draft for ` 2,780 (1% of Total Cost) on the local branch of SBT/SBI drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College Kottayam should be submitted along with the tender as Earnest Money Deposit.

O., Wayanad-670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the college office is 2.30 p. m. on 30-5-2015. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 2 p. m. on 30-5-2015 in the absence of such tenderer or their authorized representatives who may present at the time.

Application for tender for through post should be accompanied by a money order remittance of ` 785. Cheque, Postal Orders, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form. The form will not be sent by V.P.P. The last date for the sale of tender form will be 30-5-2015 at 2 p. m. The tender forms are not transferrable. Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. An agreement has to be executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with each tender. The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
