കേരള ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി യഥാർ∞ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ, അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ—പി1-1837/15. വിവരണം—ഗ്രാവൽ. അളവ്—350 ടൺ. അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 17,50,000. നിരതദ്രവ്യം—` 17,500. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 12-5-2015 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 26-5-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ` 150-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താകുന്നു. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം നൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് ` 215 മണിയോർഡർ ആയി ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇതിൽ ` 65 പോസ്റ്റൽ ചാർ÷ിനാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ, ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1% ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരുകാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ദിവസമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed tenders are invited from the supply of the following item from authorised dealers/manufacturers to Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram.
Tender No.—P1-1837/15.
Item—Gravel.
Quantity—350 tons.
PAC—` 17,50,000.
EMD—` 17,500.
Cost of tender form:
Original—` 2,700 + VAT 5%. Duplicate—` 1,400 + VAT 5%.
The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item in seperate sealed cover addressed to The Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003, Phone No. 0471-2434098. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 26-5-2015 at 3 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers of their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 12-5-2015, 11 a.m. and will be closed at 12 Noon on 26-5-2015. The tenders should reach the undersinged on or before 2 p.m. on 26-5-2015.
form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Drafts or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender form will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 150 (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) should be submitted with each tender form stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of ` 215 (` 150 for Stamp Paper and ` 65 for postal and incidental charges) which should be remitted by money order along with cost of tender forms.
All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.
