തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലെ ചപ്പാത്തി യൂണിറ്റിലേക്ക് വാണിജ്യാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കോഴിക്കറി നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ളതും കോഴി ഒന്നിന് ര≠് കിലോയോളം തൂക്കം വരുന്നതുമായ കോഴിയിറച്ചി (ഡ്രസ്ഡ് & ഫ്രഷ്) ലിവർ, മാങ്ങ ഒഴികെ 2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ 1-7-2015 മുതൽ 31-3-2016 വരെ ദിവസേന ഏകദേശം 150 കിലോയോളം (നൂറ്റിയമ്പത് കിലോഗ്രാം മാത്രം) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ താല്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, വ്യ‡ികൾ എന്നിവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഇറച്ചിയുടെ വില ആഴ്ചയുടെ അവസാനം തന്നെ ഡി. ഡി. ആയി നല്കുന്നതാണ്.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 20,00,000. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ പേരെഴുതി സൂപ്ര≠്, സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 17-6-2015 11 മണിയാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.ടെ≠ർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2016 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ാ
യിരിക്കും.

പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ടെ≠ർ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില:
അസ്സൽ—` 4,200. പകർപ്പ്—` 2,100.
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണ
വശാലും മടക്കിത്തരുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ
കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ
വില്പന 15-6-2015-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവ
സ ാ ന ി
ക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. യായി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ,
ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില
യായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Fresh
Chicken (dressed except Liver and Gizzard) 150 Kg. daily
for the period from 1-7-2015 to 31-3-2016 for Central
Prison, Thiruvananthapuram.
The envlopes containing the tender should bear the
superscription "Tender for Fresh Chicken Supply" and
should be addressed to the Superintendent, Central Prison,
Thiruvananthapuram.
Last date for receipt of tenders will be 17-6-2015 at
11 a. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders
will be opened on 17-6-2015 at 4 p. m. in the presence of
such of the ternders or their authorized respresentatives
who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the
Superintendent, Central Prison, Thiruvananthapuram obtain
the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be
submitted. Approximate total cost of the tender is ` 20,00,000. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 4,200 which is the price fixed for the form which is not refundable under any
circumstances. The tender froms are not transferable. Sale
of tender froms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 15-6-2015.
Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc., will not be accepted
towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per
