വിഷയം :—ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ ഭൂമികൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന:—(1) കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28A (ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം) ചട്ടം 3 (7) ചട്ടം (4). (2) ശ്രീ. രാജ് മോഹൻ പിള്ള സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
(3) കൊട്ടാരക്കര തഹശീൽദാരുടെ 13-4-2015-ലെ F1-6814/15-ാം നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.
2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട്് സെക്ഷൻ 28A പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
