ശ്രീ. പി. കരുണാകരൻ എം. പി. യുടെ MPLADS 2014-15 സ്കീമിൽ കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ അഞ്ച് സ്ക്കൂളുകളിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവും ഷെഡ്യൂളും, കരാറുകാർക്ക് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും (www.keralapwd.gov.in) 9-6-2015 വരെ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ TA-01/15-16 തീയതി 4-5-2015 എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും, അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ, കണ്ണൂർ എന്നവർക്ക് സ്പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റ്/രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് പോസ്റ്റിൽ 9-6-2015 മൂന്നുമണിക്ക് മുൻപായി എത്തിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പ്രസ്തുത ദർഘാസുകൾ 9-6-2015-ാം തീയതിതന്നെ 3.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം പാൻ കാർഡിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ കണ്ണൂരിന്റെ പേരിൽ കണ്ണൂരിൽ മാറാവുന്നവിധം ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠റുകളും ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും മറ്റു രേഖകളും രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് പോസ്റ്റ്, സ്പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റ് വഴി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കു കയൂള്ളൂ. EMD ` 3,825 (മൂവായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച്) അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ഉപവിഭാഗം, കണ്ണൂരിന്റെ പേരിൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ TSB, NSC, നാഷണലൈസ്ഡ് ബാങ്ക് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ഇവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് ആയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിനൊടൊപ്പം ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെയും സാധന സാമഗ്രി കളുടെയും ISO/ISI തുടങ്ങിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ മുഴുവൻ സാങ്കേതിക വിവരങ്ങൾ, ` 150 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് എന്നിവ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേ ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വാറ≠ി സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ നൽകുന്ന അധികാരപത്രം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നയാൾ സπൈ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ പ്രദർശനം തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ പർച്ചേസ് കമ്മിറ്റി മുമ്പാകെ ആവശ്യാനു സരണം ചെയ്തുകാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും ആയവയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച പരിശീലനം ടീച്ചർമാർക്ക് നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന നിർമ്മാതാക്കളുടെ/അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാരുടെ പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായ സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ദ്ധൻമാരെ കണ്ണൂർ/കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിൽ കൃത്യമായ സേവനത്തിനായി ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്. പർച്ചേസ് ശരിപകർപ്പും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ നി›ിതവില ` 841 (എണ്ണൂറ്റി നാൽപത്തിയൊന്ന്) അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ഉപവിഭാഗം, കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് ടെ≠ർ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിലും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രവൃത്തി സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കണ്ണൂർ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നോ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ കാര്യാലയങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിനങ്ങളിൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Installation of Computer and Accessories to various Schools (5 Nos.) in Kasaragod Parliament Constituency under MPLADS 2014-15 of Sri P. Karunakaran M. P.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. "01/15-16 dated 4-5-2015" addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD, Electronics Sub-Division, Kannur and send by Speed Post/Registered Post. The tender should be reached at the office on or before 9-6-2015, 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 9-6-2015 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.

The tender form will be available on www.keralapwd.gov.in till 9-6-2015, 3 p. m. Separate Demand Draft worth of ` 841 as cost of tender form should be attached with the tender form.

As per tender condition, the tenderer should send along with his tender, a Preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 150 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) worth of ` 3,825 (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Five only). Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. The EMD should be TSB, NSC or DD taken from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics Sub Division, Kannur and payable at Kannur.

Attested copy of the PAN Card of the tenderer should be attached with the tender. The tender should accompany with the technical details, ISO/ISI certificate of the firm/product etc. If required, tenderer should demonstrate the offered model at own their cost in the presence of the Purchase committee before finalizing the tender.

The tenderer will have to install the equipment in the schools at their own cost and provide sufficient training to the teachers for the correct operation. The tenderer should have an experienced Technical team at Kasaragod/Kannur (Dist.) for providing prompt service support. All the rules related to the tender will also be applicable to this tender. കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ എം.എൽ.എ. മാരുടെ പ്രാദേശിക വികസന നിധി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിവിധ സ്കൂളുകളിലേക്കും വായനശാലകളിലേക്കും എൽ.ഇ.ഡി. ടി.വി. ആന്റ ് സൗ≠് സിസ്റ്റം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/ അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturer/ Authorised dealer for UPS, LED TV and Sound System to Various Schools and Vayanasalas (Libraries) in Kannur District under MLASDF.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 8/AEE/KNR/15-16 dated 11-5-2015 addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD, Electronics Sub Division, Kannur and send by Speed post/Registered post. The tender should be reached at the office on or before 11-6-2015, 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 11-6-2015 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.

Sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturer/ Authorised dealer for supply of On-Line UPS and Inverter

to District Animal Husbandry Office in Kasaragode District.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 9/AEE/KNR/15-16 dated 11-5-2015 addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics

Sub division, Kannur and send by Speed post/Registered post. The tender should be reached at the office on or before 11-6-2015, 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 11-6-2015 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present

at the time.

The tender form will be available on www.keralapwd.gov.in till 11-6-2015, 3 p. m. Separate Demand Draft, worth of ` 526 as cost of Tender form (500 + VAT @ 5.1%) should be attached with the tender form.

As per tender condition, the tenderer should send along with his tender, a Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper of value of ` 150 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) worth of ` 1,120 (Rupees One Thousand One hundred and twenty only). Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. The EMD should be

TSB, NSC or DD taken from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics Sub-Division, Kannur and payable at Kannur.

Attested Copy of the PAN Card of the tenderer should be attached with the tender. The tender should accompany with the Technical details ISO/ISI certificate of

the firm/product etc. If required, tenderer should demonstrate the offered model at own their cost in the presence of the Purchase committee before finalizing the

tender. The tenderer will have to install the equipment in the Schools/Libraries at their own cost and provide sufficient training to the teachers for the correct operation.

The tenderer should have an experienced Technical team at Kannur/Kozhikode (Dist.) for providing prompt service support. Manufacturer's authorization letter mentioning

warranty for the product is also to be attached with the tender. Purchase committee decision will be the final. All the rules related to the tender will also be applicable

to this tender. Details will be available from this office on all working days.
