കോന്നി ഡിവിഷനിൽ നടുവത്തുമൂഴി റെയിഞ്ചിലെ വാഴപ്പാറ ഒൗഷധസസ്യ പാർക്ക് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തു നിന്നും മുറിച്ച് അട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അക്കേഷ്യാ മരങ്ങളുടെ താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ഉല്പന്നങ്ങൾ, പട്ടികയിൽ പറയുന്ന തീയതിയിലും സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും കോന്നി ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ പരസ്യമായി ദർഘാസ്/ലേലംവഴി വില്ക്കുന്നതാണ്. 10-12-2013-ലെ കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ (വാല്യം II, നമ്പർ 49) തിരുവനന്തപുരം അഡീഷണൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ചീഫ് വനം കൺസർവേറ്റർ (സംരക്ഷണം) പ്രൊ (5)-43797/2013 തീയതി 22-11-2013 എന്ന നമ്പരിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ്/ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകളും വനം വകുപ്പിൽ ലേലസംബന്ധമായി നിലവിലുള്ള ഇതര വ്യവസ്ഥകളും പ്രകാരമായിരിക്കും ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഈ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനം വനം വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ www.forest.kerala.gov.in ലഭ്യമാണ്. പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ലേലത്തീയതി പൊതു ഒഴിവുദിവസമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസവും മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണങ്ങളാൽ നി›ിത ദിവസവും ലേലം നടക്കാതെ വരികയോ നടത്താതിരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ പട്ടികയിൽ പകരം കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിയിൽ മറ്റൊരു വി⁄ാപനം കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗികമായോ ലേലം നടക്കാതെ വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന ഉല്പന്നങ്ങൾ പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പകരം തീയതിയിൽ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ്/ലേല വില്പനയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഉല്പന്നങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ്/ലേല തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പായി പരിശോധിച്ച് നൽപ്പുതിൽപ്പുകൾ ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം തത്സംബന്ധമായ പരാതികൾ പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതല്ല. ഈ വി⁄ാപന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ദർഘാസ്/ലേല സംബന്ധമായ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുകൾ എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉ≠ായാൽ ആയതും ഈ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിന് ബാധകമാ യിരിക്കും. വില്പനയ്ക്കുവെച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉല്പന്നങ്ങൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായി വരുന്നപക്ഷം ആയതു കഴിച്ചുള്ള ഉല്പന്നങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ വില്ക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉല്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ അളവ് ഏകദേശമാണ്. അളവിൽ വ്യത്യാസം വരാവുന്നതാണ്. പട്ടികയിൽ പറഞ്ഞി രിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് ലേലം അതാത് ഡംപിംഗ് സൈറ്റിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതും തൽദിവസത്തെ വില്പനക്കായി ലോട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഉല്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന തീരുന്നതുവരെ തുടരുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

ലേലത്തിന് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിക്ക് തലേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസുകളിൽ നിന്നും വിലയായ ` 300-ഉം മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ലേലദിവസം രാവിലെ 9 മണിവരെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നിലമ്പൂർ നോർത്ത് ഡിവിഷൻ

The materials collected from Medicinal park at Vazhappara in Naduvathumoozhy Range of Konni Forest Division and stacked at dumping sites shown in the schedule hereto attached will be sold in Tender/auction by the undersigned or by any other officer authorized for the purpose, on the date and time shown in the schedule. The sale condition published by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide notification No. Pro.(5)-43797/13 dated 22-11-2013 in Kerala Government Gazette Vol. II (No. 49) dated 10-12-2013 and other sale conditions prevalent in the Forest Department are applicable to this Tender/Auction sale. This Gazette Notification is available in the website of Forest Department www.forest.kerala.gov.in. Any further notification on the sale conditions that may be ordered by the Government after the publication of this sale notification will also be applicable to the sale. If the notified date of Tender/Auction is declared as a holiday, the sale will be conducted on the next working day and if the sale is not conducted fully or partially on the notified date due to other reasons, the same will be conducted on the alternate date shown in the schedule at the same place and time without further notification. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity of the materials put up for sale before the commencement of the auction and any complaint whatsoever, will not be entertained after the sale proceedings are over. In case, any Government Department requires any of the materials, the quantity remaining after their selection only will be auctioned. The quantity that may become available for sale after the publication of this notification will also be included in this sale. The tender/auction will commence at the time noted in the schedule in the dumping site and will continue till the sale of materials lotted for the day is over.

നിലമ്പൂർ നോർത്ത് ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലെ എടവണ്ണ റെയിഞ്ച്, അകമ്പാടം ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ കനോലി ഒ. പി.-യുടെ അധികാരപരിധിയിൽ വരുന്ന സർക്കാർ വനത്തിലൂടെ ഒഴുകുന്ന പുഴയിൽനിന്ന് മണൽ ശേഖരിച്ച് ചാക്കുകളിലാക്കി KL 10 S 2965 നമ്പർ ബജാജ് ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷയിൽ കയറ്റി നീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിച്ച കുറ്റത്തിന് എടവണ്ണ റെയിഞ്ചിലെ അകമ്പാടം ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ OR 6/14 AFS നമ്പരായി ഒരു കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ടി വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആരുംതന്നെ ഇന്നേവരെ അവകാശവാദം ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

ആയതിനാൽ OR 6/14 AFS കേസിൽ തൊ≠ിയായി കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത KL 10 S 2965 നമ്പർ ബജാജ് ഓട്ടോ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും അവകാശം ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച തീയതി മുതൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം നിലമ്പൂർ നോർത്ത് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കി ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ടി വാഹനം ഇനിയൊരറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെ കേരള വന നിയമം u/s 55 പ്രകാരം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടി പൊതുലേലത്തിൽ വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

Tender documents and tender schedules may be downloaded free of cost from e-GP website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in All tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated online Cover(s)/envelop(s) on the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website. Tenders shall be accepted only through online mode on www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. website and tenders submitted manually/through post will not be entertained. Late online offers will not be accepted.
