Read:—This Office Circular of even No. dated 10-10-2013.
As per the referance cited above the provisional seniority list of Assistant District Industries Officers for the period from 1-1-2012 to 31-12-2012 was published inviting objections/claims from the incumbents. The objections filed by the following incumbents against the provisional seniority list have been examined in detail.
Sri Gireesan Nair, R., Asoka Kumar, R., Sadasivan, K. represented that they had made appeal petitions challenging the final seniority list of IEO for the period from 1-1-2001 to 31-10-2006 and 1-1-2007 to 31-12-2008. The appeal petitions are under consideration. On the appeal petitions, if the decision is in favour of the petitioners; action will be taken to reassign the seniority in the cadre of ADIO.
Sri Praveen, M. has requested to include his qualification A/C(L). The request is found genuine and it is included.
