കൽപറ്റ എൻ. എം. എസ്. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജിൽ 2015-16 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോളേജ് ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിലേക്ക് 400 ഫൈബർ കസേരകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്ക് അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

പിൻ-673 122 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 22-6-2015, 5 മണി വരെയായിരിക്കും. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 23-6-2015-ന് 11 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, എൻ. എം. എസ്. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ് കൽപറ്റ, പുഴമുടി പി. ഒ., വയനാട്, കേരളം, പിൻ-673 122 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ "2015-16 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കൽപറ്റ എൻ. എം. എസ്. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ് ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിലേക്ക് ഫൈബർ കസേരകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്കുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ" എന്ന തലക്കെട്ടോടുകൂടി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, എൻ. എം. എസ്. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ് കൽപറ്റ, പുഴമുടി പി. ഒ., വയനാട്, കേരളം 22-6-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില വാങ്ങിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് തന്നെ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വി.പി.പി ആയി ഫോറം അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ഒരോ ദർഘാസിനുമൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം നൽകുന്നതിന് ` 125 മണിയോർഡറായി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. 82 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III

ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കു വാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനത്തിന്റെ വില നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം. ടെ≠റുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ബ്രാൻഡ് പേരും, വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം. പ്രദേശികമായി കൂട്ടിചേർക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ പരിശോധിച്ച് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അതിന്റെ വില നൽകുകയുള്ളു.

ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ, മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 400 Fibre chairs to the Auditorium of NMSM Government College, Kalpetta by utilizing the fund sanctioned under the UGC General Development Assistance Scheme.

Estimated cost—` 3,60,000.

Tender should be superscribed as 'Tender for the supply of Fibre chairs to NMSM Government College, Kalpetta 2015-2016'. Sealed cover should be sent to the Principal, NMSM Government College, Kalpetta, Puzhamudi P.O., Wayanad, Keralam, Pin-673 122. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

An agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth ` 100 should be submitted along with each tender form. Firms/ Suppliers outside Kerala may sent ` 125 by money order if they require the stamp paper by post. The rate quoted should be including taxes. All government rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender. Due to any reason, if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time. The principal is empowered to cancel tender without assigning any reason thereof. The payment of the articles supplied and installed will be effected only after it got tested and certified by experts from competent authority. Rates, Sales Tax and condition of supply and installation etc. should be clearly stated in respect of each item. Tenders should be specifying the brand name and specification of the items they intended to supply. The tender for offering assembled equipments will not be accepted. The successful tender should also execute an agreement on stamp paper worth ` 100 and deposit sum equivalent 5% of the value of the contract as security deposit for the satisfactory fulfillment of contract. More details will be had from the college office during working hours.

The tender forms are not transferable. The cost of tender may be remitted either in cash or by money order. Cheque, draft, postal orders etc.will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms.
