The tenders should be superscribed due at 2 p.m. on 18-8-2015 and addressed to the Director, Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Government Ophthalmic Hospital. Red Cross, Thiruvananthapuram-695 035. Last date of receipt of tender is at 2 p.m. on 18-8-2015. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 2.30 pm on 18-8-2015 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Regional Institute of Ophthalmology. Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram-695 035, obtain the requiste tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of rupees noted the tender which is price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 17-8-2015. Cheque, postage stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the form be sent per V. V. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at rupees quoted the tender.
