പൈപ്പ് ബാന്റ ് യൂണിറ്റിന് ആവശ്യമായ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-8-2015-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധത്തിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 5,00,000. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—` 1,000+5% VAT. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിവരം എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്. എ. പി., തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സമയപരിധിക്കു ശേഷം കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 20-8-2015 വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്. എ. പി.-യ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസിന്റെ വിലയൊടുക്കി ദർഘാസുകൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. അത്തരം ദർഘാസുകൾ തന്നെയാവണം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും. ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ദർഘാസിന്റെ വിൽപന 19-8-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ദർഘാസിനുള്ള വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്. എ. പി.-യുടെ പേർക്ക് ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില അയച്ചാൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പോസ്റ്റേജ്/ കൊറിയർ ചാർ÷് കൂടെ അയച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ യഥാസമയം അയയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് വേ≠ി അത്തരത്തിലുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 7 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് തുകയുടെ 1% വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ആയി കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്. എ. പി. എന്ന പേർക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തും നിരതദ്രവ്യം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന തിൽനിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളവർ അത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള രേഖകൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ രേഖയോ നിരതദ്രവ്യമോ കൂടാതെ കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വില എല്ലാവിധ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആയിരിക്കണം.
സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിശദ വിവരവും സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷനും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രത്യേകം കവറിൽ അല്ലാതെയോ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താതെ അയച്ചാലോ അവ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വാറ≠ി, ഗ്യാര≠ി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേ≠താണ്. ഉൽപാദകരോ അവരുടെ നിയമാനുസൃത വിതരണക്കാരോ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിനും ഇത്തരം സാധനങ്ങൾ സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് മുൻപരിചയമുള്ളവർക്കും മുൻഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വില 30-1-2016 വരെ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ നിലനിർത്തേ≠താണ്.
യാതൊരു കാരണവും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്താതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്. എ. പി.-യിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Instruments for the Pipe Band Unit so as to reach this office on or before 12 noon on 20-8-2015.
Approximate Price— ` 5,00,000
Cost of tender form—` 1,000 + VAT 5%.
Date and time of opening of tender—20-8-2015, 3.30 p.m.
The tenders should be superscribed with Tender Number and details of the items and addressed to the Commandant, Special Armed Police, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the time mentioned above, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives (with proof of Identity) who may be present at that time.
intending tenderers may on application to the Tender Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the quoted value should be furnished in favour of the Commandant, Special Armed Police, Thiruvananthapuram. The firms which are exempted from furnishing Earnest Money Deposit should produce a copy of relevant authorized documents for verification. The firms should also furnish the detailed specifications, make brochures, Technical Support network in Kerala etc. of the items along with the tenders. The tenders without any detailed specifications of quoted items, brochures, make etc. will be rejected forthwith. The tenders without separate envelope and not superscribing the tender number etc. will be rejected.
The tenders should also mention the details regarding warranty along with the Tender Documents. Preference will be given to the products quoted by the manufacturer or their authorized dealers having authorization from the original manufacture. Similarly preferences will be given to the tenders having experience of supplying similar/same items to Government Department, Oganizations or Para Military Forces. In case there is any delay in supplying the items due to any pressing circumstances, the tenderers must cited adequate, justifiable grounds in writings.
Specification of the above item and more details can be obtained from Special Armed Police, Thiruvananthapuram. Samples will have to be submitted free of cost whenever necessary which can be returned only after the supply is effected. Police Department is not liable to send any individual communication. The rates quoted should be valid and firm till 30-1-2016 for placing supply orders for future requirement, if any. The Commandant, Special Armed Police is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance price fixed for a form which is not refundable. The sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 19-8-2015. Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP. However money orders sent in the name of Tender Inviting Authority will be accepted. The amount should include the postage/courier charges for sending Tender Documents. The Money Order along with (1)
