The following is the revised Select List of First Grade D'man Civil under Diploma and Certificate Quota prepared by the Adhoc DPC (Technical Lower) in the meeting held on 29-6-2015 for promotion to the category of Assistant Engineer Civil for the year 2015.
Name of Sri V. Ajayakumar was included in the Select List of 1st D'man for 2015 under Civil-Diploma quota as Serial No. 13 though he was a certificate holder.
The Adhoc DPC after discussing the case in detail and verifying the connected documents have decided to exclude the name of Sri V. Ajayakumar from the Select List of 1st Grade D'man (Civil) Diploma for 2015 and include 1. Sri Sreevalsan, P.

കുറ്റ്യാടി ജലസേചന പദ്ധതിയുടെ അധീനതയിൽ പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴിയിലുള്ള ഡാം കാന്റീൻ 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 1 മുതൽ 2018 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 31 വരെ മൂന്ന് വർഷ കാലയളവിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള സ്ഥിതിയിൽ ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ താഴെ പറയുംപ്രകാരം പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലവിവരങ്ങൾ—കെ. വൈ. എെ.പി.-യുടെ ഡാം കാന്റീൻ 2015 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 1 മുതൽ 2018 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 31 വരെ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം ലേലം ചെയ്യൽ.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—` 20,000. ലേല തീയതി—12-8-2015, 11 മണി.
ലേല സ്ഥലം—കെ. വൈ. എെ.പി. സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ, പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി.
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അതേ ദിവസം പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്ത് നി›ിത സമയത്തിന് അരമണിക്കൂർ മുമ്പ് ഹാജരായി ` 20,000 നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിന് പുറമെ സീൽവെച്ച രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാൽ കവറുകളിൽ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ 11-8-2015-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, കെ. വൈ. എെ.പി. ഡിവിഷൻ, പേരാമ്പ്രയുടെ (പിൻ-673 525) പേരിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷനോടൊപ്പം ` 20,000-ന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് (എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കെ. വൈ.എെ.പി. ഡിവിഷൻ, പേരാമ്പ്രയുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്നത്) അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേല തുകയോ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തുകയോ ഏതാണ് അധികം എങ്കിൽ ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി എടുക്കുന്ന ആൾ ലേല സംഖ്യയും അനുബന്ധ ടാക്സും അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അടക്കേ≠താണ്. പൊതുമരാമത്ത്, ഇറിഗേഷൻ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ചട്ടങ്ങളും നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ലേലത്തിനും/ക്വട്ടേഷനും ബാധകമാണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സമർപ്പിച്ചവർ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന്, ക്വട്ടേഷനിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റിന്റെ ഫോട്ടോ കോപ്പി ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പ് ഹാജരാക്കി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കെ. വൈ.എെ.പി. ഡിവിഷൻ, പേരാമ്പ്ര ഓഫീസുമായോ കെ. വൈ.എെ.പി. സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ, പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി ഓഫീസുമായോ ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലദിവസമോ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസമോ അവധിയായാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ലേലം നടക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കുറ്റ്യാടി ജലസേചന പദ്ധതി വിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നിലവിലുള്ള ഭക്ഷണ വിലയിൽ ഇളവ് നൽകേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 19-8-2015-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത തപാലിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാൽ കാലതാമസങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദി ആകുന്നതല്ല. കൊറിയർ തപാലുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
` 150 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ മാതൃകാഫോറത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് പൂർണ്ണരൂപത്തിൽ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തി രിക്കണം. പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പൂർണ്ണരൂപത്തിൽ അല്ലാതെയുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 19-8-2015-ാം തീയതി 3.30 മണിക്ക് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
പെർഫോമൻസ് ഗ്യാര≠ി ഉൾപ്പെടെ കേരള ജലസേചന വകുപ്പിൽ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.
യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ഏതൊരു ദർഘാസും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Tender forms and other particulars can be had from the office of the undersigned during the working days 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. from 10-8-2015 to 11-8-2015 to be received upto 3 p. m. on 19-8-2015 by registered post only. The Department will not be responsible for any postal delay. The tender submitted through courier service will not be considered.
The tenderers should execute and submit in complete shape of preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 150 of Government of Kerala along with the tender.
EMD should be pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Py. I.P. Division No. II, Kannur in the form of Treasury Deposit and in original should be submitted along with the tender documents.
All tenders received within the stipulated time will be opened on 19-8-2015 at 3.30 p. m. by the undersigned or any other authorised officers in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend.
All the conditions prevailing in the Irrigation Department related to the tenders including performance guarantee are applicable to this tender also.
The Executive Engineer has the rights to cancel or reject any tender without any reason.
