1. In Rule 13, before the words 'leave salary' occurring in the subtitle, the word 'leave' shall be inserted.

3. The existing Rule 15 shall be deleted.
The above amendments shall come into force with immediate effect.

Read:—(1) Order No. A3-2414/10 dated 18-6-2010 of the District & Sessions Judge, Kozhikode (2) Order No. A3-6484/13 dated 18-6-2013 of the District & Sessions Judge, Kozhikode (3) Order No. A3-7012/14 dated 18-6-2014 of the District & Sessions Judge, Kozhikode (4) Representation put in by Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode
Kozhikode, Vadakara and Koyilandy. The printing charge was fixed at the rate of ` 17.50 (Seventeen Rupees and Fifty Paise) for every 175 words completed upto 14 copies and for each additional copies over and above the 14 copies at 1/8 of normal printing charges per copy subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement executed by him. Thereafter, the period of printing of Sessions Cases was extended for a further period of one year w.e.f. 18-6-2014 as per the request of Sri Muraleedharan, K. K.
Now, Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode, has submitted a representation before this court for extension of time for printing of Sessions Case Judgments for a further peiod of one year w.e.f. 18-6-2015 since the period of agreement is expired on 18-6-2015.

Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode, was appointed as Printer under Rule 93 of Criminal Rules of Practice Kerala, 1982 for a period of three years with effect from 18-6-2010 for the purpose of printing Sessions Case Judgments of Sessions Court, Kozhikode, Special Additional Sessions Court (Marad Cases), Kozhikode and Assistant Sessions Court, In the above circumstances, the period of printing of Sessions Case Judgments granted to Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode, is extended for a further period of one year w.e.f. 18-6-2015 subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement already executed by him.
