മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിച്ചാൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടയാളുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽകൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനങ്ങൾ പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് ഏന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ആദ്യം ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കും. നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട തുക ടിയാനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കാൻ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ടിയാൻ അതിന് അവകാശിയായിരിക്കുന്നതുമല്ല.

ലേലം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേല തീയതിക്കു മുമ്പുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്കും വൈകിട്ട് 4 മണിക്കും ഇടയിലുള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ സായുധസേന അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കമാ≠ന്റ ിന്റെ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുകയോ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് അസ്ഥിര പ്പെടുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിക്ക് അധികാരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
