ത ാ ണ . ് ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 210 (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത് രൂപ മാത്രം). പ്രസ്തുത സംഖ്യ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപന 25-8-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക്അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയും അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ` 450 (നാന്നൂറ്റി അമ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 500-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയുടെ കൂടെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 500 കൂടി അധികമായി അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോളേജിലെ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ എത്തിച്ച് സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിന്റെയും വില നിരക്കും വിൽപന നികുതിയും മറ്റ് ഉപാധികളും പ്രത്യേകമായി കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. വിലനിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2016 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മലപ്പുറം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ജനറൽ ഡവലപ്മെന്റ ് അസിസ്റ്റൻസ് (πാൻ) സ്കീമിൽ ` 1,88,500-ന്റെ പബ്ലിക് അഡ്രസ്സിംഗ് സിസ്റ്റവും അനുബന്ധ സാമഗ്രികളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "2015-16 വർഷത്തിൽ യു.ജി.സി സ്കീമിൽ പബ്ലിക് അഡ്രസ്സിംഗ് സിസ്റ്റവും അനുബന്ധ സാമഗ്രികളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, പി.ഒ. മു≠ുപറമ്പ്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, കേരളം, പിൻകോഡ്-676 509 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 25-8-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം ഒരു മണിവരെയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ കാണിച്ച വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 420 (നാന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) (മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അയയ്ക്കേ≠ 94 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ 'നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി' വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എസ്.ബി.ടി., മലപ്പുറം സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ നിന്ന് മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തുക ` 1,500 ആണ്. (ആയിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം). മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് മാറ്റുവാനോ റദ്ദാക്കുവാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Public Addressing System for total cost of ` 1,88,500 of Govt. College, Malappuram under "General Development Assistance under UGC Plan Scheme". The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for supply of Public Addressing System and accessories under UGC scheme during 2015-16" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P.O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is at 1 p.m. on 25-8-2015. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending tenderers may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be upto 31-3-2016. Rates, S.T. and condition of supply of articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of each of them.

The tenders should be accompanied by an EMD 1% (one percent) of the quoted value in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal taken from SBT, Civil Station Branch, Malappuram only. The minimum EMD should be ` 1,500 (Rupees one thousand five Hundred only). Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. More details can be had from the college office during the working days.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender at any time without further notice.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 420 (including VAT). Rate of duplicate tender form is ` 210 which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 25-8-2015. Cheques, Drafts and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 450 including postal charges for registered post by money order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500. Those firms outside Kerala want to get tender form by post will be sent ` 500 as cost of Kerala Stamp Paper along with the cost of tender form. The articles should be supplied within 30 days on receipt of the purchase order in the College Office at your expenses.
