തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി ആര്യനാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുവരുന്ന പകൽവീട് പ്രോജക്റ്റിലേക്ക് കിലോമീറ്റർ നിരക്കിൽ 6 മാസത്തേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വ≠ി വാടകയ്ക്ക് എടുക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽ നിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
1. ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 16 പേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം.
2. നല്ല റണ്ണിംഗ് ക≠ീഷനിൽ ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 3,60,000.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—1%.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:
ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെ≠ർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 'നോഡൽ ഓഫീസർ, ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം' എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 21-8-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 22-8-2015 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-8-2015 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില 'ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം'-ന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് (രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ).
ടെ≠റിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകളും വിശദാംശങ്ങളും ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited from Vehicle Owners (Private) for the hiring of vehicle for 6 months on contract on per kilometre charge basis for 'Pakalveedu' Project at Aryanadu Grama Panchayat by District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram.
1. 16 seater.
2. Good running condition.
P. A. C.—` 3,60,000.
EMD—1%.
Cost of tender form:
Original—` 1,500 + 13. 5% VAT.
Duplicate—` 853 + 13. 5% VAT.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—20-8-2015 at 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender—21-8-2015 at 3 p.m.
Date and time of opening of tender—22-8-2015 at 12 Noon.
Tender forms will be obtained from the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash during office hours (10 a. m. to 3 p. m.).
Tender No. and date should be superscribed on the envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram", which should not be less than one per cent of the price quoted.
The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning reason thereof.
Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be obtained with the tender form on working days.
