The Provisional Seniority List of Sr. Supdt./Manager/Accounts Officer of the Police Department as on 1-1-2015 was published and communicated vide PHQ Order read above. All the concerned were requested to report complaints/omissions/objections, if any, to PHQ within 15 days. Smt. M. Sobhi (Former Senior Supdt., DPO, Tvpm City) (Sl. No. 25) vide reference second cited requested to correct her second opted District for Transfer as Ernakulam instead of Kollam. In the Provisional Seniority List her second opted District of Transfer is shown as Kollam erroneously. The matter has been verified and found that her second opted District of Transfer is Ernakulam. Changes to this effect is made in this finalised Seniority List. Since no other complaints have been raised regarding the positions of the seniority, therefore the Provisional Seniority List of Sr. Supdt./Manager/Accounts Officer published vide PHQ order read above is finalized.

ലേലം അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതു
മായിരിക്കും. ആയതിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം
സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആദ്യലേലം കൊ≠ വ്യ‡ിയിൽ നിന്ന് നഷ്ട
പരിഹാരം ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ലേലദിവസത്തിനു
മുമ്പുള്ള പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ എം. എസ്. പി. എച്ച്. ക്യു. കമ്പനി ആഫീസിന് സമീപമുള്ള 218, 219 ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ക്ല∫ിന് സമീപമുള്ള 270 എന്നീ നമ്പരുകളിലുള്ള മട്ടി മരങ്ങൾ 24-8-2015-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് എം. എസ്. പി. മലപ്പുറം ക്യാമ്പിൽ വെച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.
4 മണിവരെയുള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ കമാ≠ിംഗ് ഓഫീസറുടെ
സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ മരം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റി പ്രസ്തുത ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 2,000 ലേലദിവസം രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്.
വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള
അധികാരം എം.എസ്.പി. കമാ≠റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
