• ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സാങ്കേതിക സമിതിയുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കുശേഷം ശുപാർശയോടെ കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുകയും കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 DD towards EMD shall also be submitted with tender. Late tenders will not be accepted.

• Successful tenderer should supply Laboratory Equipments as per specifications mentioned in the Tender Notice.

• The rate quoted should include all expenditure including taxes and should supply at the office of the undersigned.

• Tenders will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. If the date fixed for opening happens to be a holiday, tenders will be opened in the next working day, at the same time.

• The price of the tender form shall be received only by cash.

• The cost of tender should be quoted in Indian money.

• Details with respect to the tender notice and the items intended to be purchased can be obtained from the office of the undersigned at working hours or from the website www.keralaagriculture.gov.in of the Department of Agriculture.

• The right for acceptance or rejection of tender without assigning any reason is solemnly vested with Director of Agriculture.

2015 ജൂലൈ 20. 2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ പാലോട് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസിലെ ലാബിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ള എെസ് ഫ്ളേക്കിംഗ് മെഷീൻ—1 എണ്ണം നൽകുന്നതിന് 'ഇരട്ടകവർ' സമ്പ്രദായത്തിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരാധിഷ്ഠിത ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

3. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന അടിസ്ഥാന വിലയുടെ 1% ഏണസ്റ്റ് മണി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായി നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഈ തുക ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസ്, പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ. എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ മാറത്തക്കവിധം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി മാത്രം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.

2. ടെൻഡറിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള സാധാരണവും പ്രത്യേകവുമായ വാങ്ങൽ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും പാലിച്ചു കൊള്ളാമെന്ന് ടെൻഡർ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന ആൾ/സ്ഥാപനം രേഖാമൂലം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

3. ഇന്ത്യ, കേരളം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ഈ ഉപകരണം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഇതര സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ ഏജൻസികളോ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ ടെലഫോൺ നമ്പർ സഹിതമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

4. ഉൽപ്പാദകരോ അംഗീകൃത വ്യാപാരികളോ മാത്രമേ നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യാവു. യഥാർ∞ ഉൽപ്പാദകരുടേതല്ലാത്ത ഉപകരണം ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നവർ ആരുടെ ഉപകരണമാണോ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസവും, മേക്കും വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. വിൽപ്പന ഏജന്റാണ് നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ഉൽപ്പാദകരു മായുള്ള നിലവിലെ കരാർ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം/അംഗീകൃത വിൽപ്പന ഏജന്റ ്, വില്പനാനന്തര സേവനം എന്നീ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രങ്ങളും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.

5. ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന രേഖകളെല്ലാം ഒരു ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസറോ നോട്ടറിയോ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

6. നൂറ് രൂപ നിരക്കിലുള്ള കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

8. The Ice Flaking Machine should be in strict accordance with our specification. If the offered Ice Flaking Machine does not fulfil any of the specifications, this has to be clearly mentioned in the bid. If any of the specifications is omitted in the bid without mentioning it, the offer will be treated as confirming to our specification.

9. Preference will be given to the products quoted by the manufacturer or their authorized dealer. Firms who are not original manufacturers should state clearly the make and address of the manufacturers whose products they are offering and should also furnish the license number of the manufacturer without which the offer will be liable for rejection. If the selling agents have submitted the tender/ quotations, they must submit photocopy of their agreement with manufacturers/authorized selling agents certificate(s) to consider their offers.

വാങ്ങുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന രാസപദാർ∞ങ്ങൾ, ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയുടെ വിശദവിവരവും ലിസ്റ്റും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവും കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ` 2,100-ന് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി വേ≠വർ ` 1,100 കൂടി അധികം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയുടെ 4 % വാറ്റും അതിന്റെ 1% സെസ്സും അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of Chemicals and Lab Equipments for ` 14,00,000 for the Development of Lab/Library of B. J. M. Govt. College, Chavara during the year 2015-16.

The tender forms can be directly had from the college office on all working days from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. on payment of ` 2,100 for original and ` 1,100 for duplicate. 4 % VAT & 1% Cess also may be remitted additionally. List of items to be supplied and conditions for supply will be issued along with the tender form.

Those who wish to get tender forms by registered post, should forward a self addressed stamped envelope (affix stamp worth ` 55) 30 x15 cm along with a request for the same and cost of tender forms by Money Order (no other mode of payment is acceptable). Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The cost of tender form is not refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable.
