online bids for the construction, commissioning and

operation of Dry dock at Kumarakom. This will be carried

out through Public Private Partnership with the land to be

provided by the Private Partner. The Department will

provide 30% of the Capital cost excluding land. The bid

submission is through e-tender web site only

(www.etenders.kerala.gov.in). The tender forms will be

available for download from the above site from 18-8-2015

onwards. The tenders can be submitted up to 11 a. m. on

17-9-2015 and will be opened at

11.30 a. m. on the same day.

Re-Tender No.—2/2015-16.

PAC—` 449 lakhs.

EMD—` 4.49 lakhs.

Cost of original tender form—` 26,250 (including

Tax).

Construction period—16 months from the date of

work order.
